yeah...Wegmans and Tops regularly double coupons. Not sure but I think P&C does also.
I live between Rochester and Buffalo.

Can someone direct me to the Gillette shaving cream deal? I can't find my notes and don't even know what store it's at.

Anyone who has a wal-mart running $1.97 Noxzema razors could get FREE razors with overage this week. I still have 4 of those qs. Found this on Family Frugal Fun on FB.

MizBear,
I would be happy to take the q's off your hands, but there are probably people who live closer to you that would get the q's faster. I live across the country. However, if no one else responds by tonight, I'll PM you my address in case you want to get those out in the mail.

Thanks jeep I found the $3 Q from Target's website. I was able to print off 2 Qs.

Last night I was at CVS because I had to burn quite a few bucks. I decided to "go for it and buy $50.00 worth of stuff and use the $10.00 off of $50.00.
I bought: 9 cases of Arrowhead bottled water 24 to a case, plus 4 extra FREE. $3.44 plus California CRV. 1 rice cooker $12.99 plus 2 bags of veggie chips 99 cents each as "fillers."
Instead of the rice cooker and veggie strips it would have been better if I tried to include the Complete and the balance. This way I would have gotten some in the way of EB's in return.
I used my $10.00 off of $50.00, then I used my EB's, unfortunately, no coupons for the water.
I tried to get it all down to close to 0.
I needed the water, and I wanted to "burn" some EB's as several of them expired yesterday.
In return I got a $10.00 card for gas at the Shell station.

On a different card I had to burn more, but I found about 12 bottles of Pantene Curly hair spray. It was marked down, 75%, to $1.24 each.
I bought 12, so the total was $14.88 minus $3.00 off of 2 (4 coupons). I then had a balance of $2.88 to pay, so I gave her a 5th coupons and she priced modified it down to $2.88. I got all free.
I had to burn a few more bucks, so I bought milk, butter, bacon, and sour cream.
I have to get ready for work now, so have a great day, hounds!
I have been working for another teacher who is with her family in Japan for the month of July. It has been hectic doing my job and hers.
I have had very little time to "hound," but when I do, it has been fun as ever, thanks to all of you.
I have people to tell my stories to, and ideas to get free stuff from you. Keep posting!

On Sunday I want to Staples. I bought 2 reams of paper for $5.99 each, to get to the $10.00 mark. I then "filled in" with 1 cent glue, erasers and 10 packs of Bic pens. I bought 25 of each, because I am a teacher. The total bill came to about $14.00 with tax, but I can send in the rebate for the paper and STaples will give me back $5.74 each ream in a check. This left about $2.02 for the 75 school items PLUS the tax.
I loved it. I did a rinse and repeat at another store, as I needed the reams of paper and my students are always asking for pens. I am going to keep some of the glue, but the rest will go to a local elementary school teacher.
Today is the last day.

Suzi, There is also a box of Staples Rollerball blue ink pens that was originally 22.79 marked down to 50cents at Staples. It was in one of those bins in the pen section and the box is green and has 12 pens in a box. I like the rollerball pens more than the BIC or Papermate. HTH

I did a couple small transactions at CVS yesterday: Transaction #1 $1.69 Balance Bar 08 Tax $1.77 OOP Received $1.69 in ECB Transaction #2 Refresh Tampons $6.79 Tax .34 Less ECB from above -1.69 OOP 5.44 I used one of Refresh rain checks, and I received $7.00 in ECB -- yup, you read that correctly, I was suppose to get $6.79 in ECB, but the young man at the register put it in for $7.00! I like making a profit! I wanted to do the BIC deal, but no razors -- and I will be needing razors soon! I have a question -- I have another rain check for the Refresh tampons, so should I go get another box of tampons for $6.79, add in a filler to total around $7.00, and pay for it with the ECB I just got yesterday, plus I'd get another ECB back for $6.79? I don't have any other ECB, I'm still new and am taking it slow, just doing a few deals here and there where I can get something either free or almost free at CVS. And I am overall pleased with my grocery shopping last night. I bought two weeks worth of groceries for $74. I shopped at Hannafords whose prices are generally lower than most stores, and I used several coupons that were expiring soon, plus I got some good sales on some meats where they had extra dollars off. I just shop for myself, and other than some fresh fruits/veggies that I get at the local farmers market, I'm all set for two weeks! I have reviewed my stockpile of items, and I am making small steps to getting things "full". So far I am all set for several months on toothpaste, mouthwash and soap.

I have been reading, like always, but have had nothing to contribute.
I am a bit late this morning as I had 1 1/2 hour of computer "issues' resulting in 4 discussions w/IT consultants. However, now all appears to be fixed inc the stuff that was a problem for nearly a year.

Hound Alert
Paper Towels - Bounty brand, prefer the Select-A-Size, 'cause I used so much less.
Toilet paper - Angel Soft, Cottonelle, Charmin -- don't care what brand as long as it's soft!
I have been reading that the toilet paper deals aren't as good as they used to be, but I'm hoping that I can get some better deals that the $.45/roll I paid a few weeks ago at Walgreens.
Thanks!

I burned a bunch of EB's yesterday as well. Now I don't have to shop at CVS until August if I don't want to. Its a nice feeling.

I don't do that only because there was a limit on that. So you were only supposed to get one. You can get more doing the raincheck thing but technically probably aren't supposed to. So when I have a raincheck, I don't pay for it with an ECB from the same item because I'm worried about it raising a red flag and making them less likely to give me future rainchecks. That's me though. Others may have a different opinion. *eta: I've been sitting on Refresh ECBs for a while because I haven't seen enough I need to buy to refresh them. But my CVSs take expired ones so it isn't a biggie for me. That may be more of a concern for you.
