Where did Diamond go? I wonder if she went off to read some passionate bodice rippers.

Then why does your bio say 56? Because I put in a random birth date.

And how old are you to not know that the Constitution specifically forbids religious discrimination? Where does the constitution specifically forbid religious discrimination?

I suspect if the thread title read "WILL you vote for Herman Cain?" that no sane person would say YES.

Would we vote for Cain? As Lakhota and others of the leftwing idealogue keep telling us, Republicans are all rascists, so the answer would be, no. Whether Cain misquoted or does not know the Constitution would be irrelevant, under those circumstances. I do not know why he bothers to ask the question. Now, in reality, the question should be, will Republicans vote for a Morman. Romney/Bachmann, 2012. Even the liberals would have to vote for this ticket. You heard it here first.

I doubt Romney is that stupid. If he truly wants the nomination, he will make the deal That combination might work for the Primary nomination, but never could that combination win the General Election.

I heard 2 interesting but seperate things today. Someone said Romney needs a Latino VP. Then totally separate and unrelated someone else said Rubio may be eyeing a VP seat.. which surprised me because I figured probably 2016 before we see Rubio... hearing those 2 things today made me wonder.... As for Herman, I have listened to him on the radio for years, not just in this campaign, and yes, I would vote for him. Of course, because of that, I feel like I know Herman better than the rest. Still a long way to go..

If he truly wants the nomination, he will make the deal That combination might work for the Primary nomination, but never could that combination win the General Election. People generally vote their wallets and they don't like the fact that they're empty. If the economy is still in the toilet in 2012, almost any half way decent combination will be able to win the General Election. Can you imagine all the 2008 sound bites of the endless promises that Obama made that will be played back in 2012?

Well, Republicans indeed had a very good shot. But they screwed it up by trying to gut Medicare. Now the Democrats are going to nail them on that front. People have empty wallets, on top of that you want to take away grandma's medical bills so that the burden on the family is increased? Dream on ...

I'm not an Obama fan, but he gets an unfair rap on the deficit. Bush kept his wars off budget - Obama does not.

Cain would stomp Obama in a debate. He's quick on the radio, used to answering from his own knowledge and POV rather than a script. Obama does not do well without a script.

Shoots from the hip and puts his foot in his mouth because he doesn't know the laws of the state. That would work with his radio audience who are no masters of the Constitution either and would love to practice religious discrimination, but Obama would sink him.

I thought Conservatives like the Constitution. How come so many are supporting Cain who clearly doesn't respect the Constitution and wants to practice religious discrimination. This country was founded by people who were discriminated against based on religion. Cain is insulting the core of this country and conservatives are cheering that? Sad, sad day indeed.

Presidents can APPOINT anyone they wish. Look at the wild gang Obama appointed!! All gone now, for the most part. I would prefer a Cain appointed team any day over an appointed Obama team. We've SEEN what they can do, and many of us don't like it. Cain is a strong businessman, and a businessman knows you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with. LOOK what happened when Obama surrounded himself with radicals. Not good.

There this pesky thing called the Constitution that conservatives don't like much ...

I was wondering the same thing. Scroll up about half a page. I still don't see where you've stated that the "Religious Discrimination" Clause is in the actual Constitution.
