"Yep. He is so liberal he does not get it. "
No. It has nothing to do with being "liberal" and everything to do with having a certain kind of mindset that leads one to believe they are entitled to break the law, and they won't get caught, and if they should get caught it must be somebody else's fault, or he has some trumped up OCD sex issues and promises to go to rehab like every other politician, bible thumper and golf pro that gets caught being nasty.

hhmmm... something else says age of consent in Delaware is 18, which is also age of sexting consent.. I don't know. I just know he better not have sent that weiner pic to that girl, or he is toast, no matter what age of consent is.

Ha ha - they're all "nasty". It just depends on the circumstances and how dumb they are leaving clues. 99% of real men just want to duff any hot chick they happen upon. Fact of life.

Oh, yeah, mmhmm?? Is being a cheater suddenly illegal?? Immoral, yes. Illegal, I don't think so. All depends on what a person's moral POV is. No one knows yet if he sent this girl pics..

That has nothing to do with this thread, but the law is the law. A 17 YO girl is hardly a child, but the law is the law, and if he did this he needs to go down just like everyone else. I understand perfectly middle-aged adults sexually attracted to childre is not what this thread is about. But it possibly is about a middle-aged man trying to excite a child who could be his daughter (or son). Middle age adults preying on kids is still criminal no matter how you slice or dice it.

That does not seem to be his "thing". He just likes to play games with women in general, not age specific. IF he sent sex stuff to this 17 YO, though, that could put him down.

Cheap dry food is laden with fillers and stuff you don't want to think about. Prolonged ingestion might be seriously detrimental to overall health. Something to consider.

There are laws concerning sending fully clothed crotch shots? The only sexting "laws" I've heard of are not really laws but school policies. Now there are laws concerning posting suggestive images of minors, but I'm not aware of any law prohibiting sending suggestive pictures to anyone, irregardless of age. So, if there is no actual law that prohibits this what next? Do we need another law and if so why?

The age of consent doesn't matter, the girl is a minor so if Weiner sent her any elicit photos he's committed a felony whether she consented or not.

When the shot is of a dude erect member, yes there are laws. In fact even if there isn't a law in Delaware, if Weiner tweeted a covered erect tweeter he may have violated laws in the states where twitter servers routed his tweet. Cases involving data communications have been tried in states where the computer servers were located especially when no laws were broken in the state where the defendant actually sent the message.

Were they won? I doubt it. If the server is listening for something then its just too bad if its something the receiving state considers illegal and the source state doesn't.

Have you guys really not seen the XXX pic?? It is NOT covered, not at all. The underwear shot is NOTHING compared to that. It is on the internet. His erect naked penis that he is sending out to women!!! Good grief. This is not a bunch of hoopla over an underwear shot.

If the picture is so bad how come conservatives are posting it on their web sites? I don't get it. Couldn't some minor run into that website?

Not the one I studied, however it was tried in the intermediary state (server was in California, defendant and victim lived in Kentucky) where the datacenter was located. The California law required the prosecution to prove intent, the didn't succeed. The case involved a 35-40 year old woman pretending to be a 17 year old highschool student. After a series of communications with a 15 year old girl, the girl killed herself. Kentucky didn't have any laws on their books to handle the case however California did.

Have not seen the XXX pic and haven't seen the clothed one either. I have seen multiple times the partial bare chest shot while googling weiner pics.
I wonder if the clothed one isn't confirmed or really released and wonder how legit the XXX one is.

Actually, someone snapped the shot off a pic from a distance on a cell phone, and it was not supposed to be released. I saw it yesterday on a foreign website. It is still out there. NO conservative website that I know of is showing this.

It's legit. If it wasn't it would be news, heads would be rolling. He just wants this to go away.

Yeah, right.

I brought up the underwear shot. The point was that tweeting even the underwear shot to a minor could get him thrown in jail.

Don't be ridiculous. It is HIS pic that HE sent out on twitter or some other PUBLIC place. You put it out there and someone sees it and snaps a pic of it-- whose fault is that?? There is no privacy any more. Anyone that thinks there is is dreaming.
