No, but would it be in poor taste to suggest that this is what you get with a Republican administration and an embedded FOX contributor? Lies and coverups even beyond the bad policies?

The problems began in 2007 when ArmorGroup, a private security company working on a Pentagon subcontract, hired two local warlords on the U.S. intelligence payroll to provide armed guards at an airfield on the western edge of Afghanistan. And, FWIW, The number of armed contractors in Afghanistan has increased more than 65% since Trump took office

As your link indicates, the problem of private security has ballooned under Trump's presidency after declining under Obama's. It does lead to the observation that Republicans are more prone to this type of thing, particularly considering that they are presumably more closely aligned with donors and boosters who stand to profit from such arrangements.
