For those who like the real Christmas tree, industry report

Seems it was a banner year...For this Jewish guy who doesn't purchase trees, real or artificial...how much, retail, is a nice tree anyway..

I'm a staunch environmentalist, but I'm all for real trees, as opposed to plastic.
They're a crop, just like corn or Brussels sprouts. The ones chopped down are quickly replaced with new saplings. It's  not like they're being cut down in a rain forest.

It’s not that it takes about 10 years to grow a Christmas tree but there is an insane amount of work taking care so they grow right! It is no easy task!
