Background for people that are not Survivor fans, one of the contestants, Dan Spilo just got evicted from the game for inappropriate touching. He had been told about it before and given a warning and with the latest complaint he got evicted. This is how Jeff Probst described the interaction with Dan when they told him he was being kicked out I read that as "When we first told him he threw a fit and was making all kinds of threats, but once we told him all the proof we had and that he could be charged with multiple counts of sexual assault he stuck his tail between his legs and left quietly"

I've never seen the show, but why wasn't he charged? They can't take policing in their own hands. Sounds like the Catholic church.

Getting that impression because for the first time ever, show is not having their normal 2 hour primetime reunion show in January. Instead I read that next week IS the finale for the season. Very unusual and makes me think it might have something to do with their legal department and the filing of formal charges. Like I said, just a guess

Or there are restraining orders involved.

I was really pissed when he was removed. He should have been removed when Kelly (sp) made the accusation. If you are a fan of the show, you should remember there was talk in the original tribe in about week two he was handsy with the females.....when the charge came forward two females told her they had the same problem, until tribal council, and then they said it did not happen and they were playing the game for advantages. IMO this was an even bigger problem for Survivor especially after they tried to fix the problem I felt CBS and Survivor decided they were destroying the franchise and had to do something, but it was way too late, imo. The show over the years has evolved. It used to promote love interests of tribe members. Heck, they use to have female mud wrestling contests along with male mud fights.....and breast exposure happened many times. It has evolved the last few years to be a show discussing many current issues and be at the forefront of gay issues, racial issues, bullying, etc. In fact this year it looked like race was going to be the big issue, until sexual groping came to the front. In all honesty, I am not sure if he could be prosecuted in an American court since this happened overseas in Fuji.....CBS could be held liable for damages, etc......as well as he, himself. I did find it interesting he was a promoter in California for people in the entertainment industry......CBS should have checked his credentials a little closer.
