It looks like I will be buying a kitchen sink! We are remodeling the kitchen in a couple months. Also, likely a couple tires for my mom's can that I will be selling, but need to drive a couple days while my van is in the shop. Words of advice from the designer who helped us with our kitchen remodel. Look under the sink for obstructions! Luckily, I listened to her. If I bought the sink I wanted originally, we would have had to hire an electrician and a finish carpenter too. The electrician to move the electrical box for the garbage disposal switch, and the finish carpenter to replace the piece of solid maple cabinet that would have a very obvious hole in it!

I didn’t even go,to a store. Who said you need to do that? I spend far more money online than any brick and mortar store!

We don't have our cabinets picked out yet. What would you have to cut out of them? I want to keep that in mind when we're buying cabinets. Our garbage disposal switch is mounted inside the current cabinet. We rarely use it, so may just go without if we can. Otherwise, the increased depth of the sink may be an issue-- I'm not sure. We currently have the shallowest kitchen sink I've seen. Thanks for bringing this stuff up.

Our sink is on an island, and the electrical box for the switch is cut into the cabinet side to the left of the sink. The back of the switch sticks out about 3”, which means that the left side sink needed to be shallower in order to not hit the box. I had a horrible time finding a sink that would fit. The original one had been discontinued. Amazon actually had a seller that had the discontinued sink, or we would have had a lot greater cost. Only other alternative would be refinishing the sink, and this does not hold up well for sinks that are as heavily used.

I got an 8qt instant pot. Debating now if I should have gotten a different model than the 6qt I have. I wanted the extra space for when I do collard greens and to be able to do a whole chicken. I also got a couple of shirts and pair of pants from kohl’s. I’ve gained weight again and have hardly anything I can wear to work. I also got wallflower refills from bath and body works. I plan to put up my Xmas tree tomorrow. I always get live, but this year might get one that is flocked. If I do get a flocked tree I might need new ornaments. I picked up 6 one hour float sessions at a float therapy place right by my house, 39 bucks each which is a great price. I may gift a few to family. I also got my nephew’s present. I’m still debating on upgrading my dishwasher. I have the money set aside, but not sure I feel like fooling with the delivery and set up. On the other hand I want matching appliances. I love flotation therapy! Reminds me I haven't gone since July - time to remedy that!

$475 for a vet bill for the dog. A three-pack of air filters for the furnace. 😂 You rebel, youI got an 8qt instant pot. Debating now if I should have gotten a different model than the 6qt I have. Oooh, interesting. I live in such a rural area that I've never heard of that. Is it a therapy pool? Like 90-degree water?I got an oil change for the truck...$200. I wish they had a Black Friday special 😐 Yeah, that's Tuesday for us. Flotation is awesome. You're in essentially an oversize bath/small pool that has over 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt in the water so you float. The air and water are the same temperature as your body temperature so you're supposed to feel like nothing. It's great relaxation. My husband will turn off all the lights so he's fully sensory deprived, but I like to keep the soft blue light on.

We took the kids to a Home Depot free build this morning. While out and about, DH got a tool to figure out which bulb was out on our prelit tree. I also got a new button and matching thread to replace a missing button on one of my cardigans, some new safety pins I needed, and grabbed a Mickey Mouse sticker pack for DD’s stocking.

Denver Nuggets tickets for younger son Cell phone holders for in their cars for both kids A new Contego travel mug for me
And now that you all were talking about Target bras, I just ordered 9 of them. I was going to hit up VS today because they're one of the few places that have my size, and would have paid about 5 times as much, so this was a huge savings! If you've got a VF outlet store around they are a good place to buy them, too.

I'm in Europe (France) so like lund , Black Friday sales are also very new here (and somewhat ridiculous). I bought my first Christmas gift! DS1 wanted a suitcase that costs 170 euros. That's out of our budget these days (we have 4 kids, and now we have their 3 spouse/SOs, and a grandson.) Happily I found it on Amazon for 120 euros! This was a crazy busy weekend for me, otherwise I'd have bought more Christmas gifts. Oh well.
ETA: A bit off topic ... I have Amazon Prime so I don't usually pay for delivery. I was worried about them selling out, so I paid 1.99 to schedule delivery. I definitely wouldn't do it every time, but exceptionally, it was really worth it last week when we were all so busy and this huge suitcase was due to arrive. (I usually send bigger items to our closest pick-up point but the suitcase was too big and not eligible.)

We have the same issue next weekend with C’s basketball game. I signed them both up, so we’ll see if we go after or not.

I bought Aerie bras. They are part of the American Eagle parent company. This is the first women's size bra I've owned that fits AND looks good. I didn't have to settle or have to shop in the training bra section at 35 years old. I'm small enough I go braless a lot to avoid the soul sucking experience but that's not always doable. I found the store while taking Gwen to Justice a couple weeks ago. I got another nude bra yesterday and also my first pretty bra. I've never had one. I may have to look at those! I'm a 34A and there are more bras at the 46DD end of the rack than in my size range.

2 pianos. My BIL said buy the triplets a piano. Ok. So I bought a little sturdy wooden one and a little electric one and can't decide if I should them both or one. If I only give them one I figure the other can go into a Toys for Tots box. Decisions decisions.

Triplets and two pianos? Give one! Otherwise, there's going to be some confusion as to why two pianos for three kids. Give the other to Toys for Tots.

Good selection online too.

The sturdy wooden one or the cheesy electronic one? Eh. I'll give them the wooden one and their father can be glad I didn't buy a drum set.

The sturdy one has a better chance of survival being used by three kids than the cheesy electronic one. The electronic one will go to one child.
The dad will thank you, not just for not giving them a drum set, but also for not giving them both pianos.

Decent shampoo down from $30 -$22. Enough to last year or more. Not much.

Tsk, tsk, Knee Deep in Water Chloe! You'd actually wish that on the parent of triplets? I'm shocked and dismayed sort of.

However, in this case it seems to me that either the BIL shouldn't have said that as a suggestion or empress of self-improvement is trying to get back at someone for something.

Kids: "I'm first because I'm the oldest!" "You always get to be first!" "I always have to be last! I wanna be first this time!"
Dad: "You kids quit bickering or that damned thing is going in the trash and NOBODY will play with it."
Auntie Empress: "Okay, I was just teasing. I have two more pianos and a drum set in the car. Hang on. I'll get them."
Anybody want a tuba?

Did some house shopping online for things I've been looking at for at least a couple of years:
Corelle had a half off sale in Friday so I ordered 4 each of dinner plates, lunch/salad plates, and cereal size bowls in the Cherish Square pattern, skipping the cups because I never use them. I also ordered some new silverware to go with it on impulse - I may not keep it as the reviews were mixed for quality. It's all open stock which is nice so I can fill in pieces.
After looking at a recliner that matches my leather sectional for three or four years, I finally ordered it today. It was originally $2320 - between sales, coupons and free shipping I was able to get the price down to $850 out the door. The color is Sahara which is a nice warm brown.

I’ve done it once, and while in the water I didn’t really think much about what was going on and when I got out I could feel a difference. I felt so calm and centered the whole way home too. They have some that likes like little pods but I am claustrophobic so use one more like the size of a tiny room and will leave on a few of the lights if they have any.

I bought this for my youngest last year. We have the drum, guitar, and piano! They are fun toys.

Online I bought the $99 prepaid plan iphone 6s phones for my teens from Walmart (which is an upgrade from their 5). We aren't the "latest gadget" type of people, lol. I also bought some higher priced makeup from Ulta for the girls since they are into that kind of stuff. We went out shopping on Thanksgiving night at the mall with no plan to buy anything specific, and there weren't any great sales going on. We pretty much went into the teen stores and I let the girls buy some things that aren't for Christmas. Also went out on Black Friday, and there really wasn't huge crowds anywhere that we went, but then we mostly shopped local stores rather than big box.
Our mall is the one that made it onto TMZ for the first "big fight" of the night, though we missed it!
