What a jackass. He is bad for the country. When this came up on my news feed it was adjacent to a story about Obama suggesting people use this holiday season to do something good for their fellow Americans.
Kind of the perfect summary of how the two parties feel about their fellow citizens who may not share their political beliefs - Trumpettes 'fuck with them!' and Dems 'we're all Americans, help a neighbor out.'
(I refuse to call it the GOP anymore. This is the party of Trump, until some brave GOPers step up and liberate their party from the pirates).

Unfortunately, several brave republicans have come forward to speak against Trump, and they are all MIA from public life now.

I'm hoping those are the ones who saw the shit show train coming and got off at the first stop, deciding to bow out of public life until it passes. They're the GOPers who will avoid having the stench of it cling to them after Trump is gone, when they will hopefully step back into life and pick up the pieces of their party. People like Bob Corker from TN, who was always a rationale, practical GOPer, for the most part. He bailed early, but I don't think he's gone completely. Just waiting to step in to fill the gap when Moscow Marsha gets booted, hopefully.

I guess we all sell out a little. Some of us have to sell out a lot.
