So is it time to start bashing Barron?? It's not like any of you are above it!
That's a pretty shitty thing to say. He's a 13 yr old boy. He's innocent of all the fuckwittery his father pulls. And yet, here you are, accusing us of being ready to drag him.

I wonder if trump even understands a bit how he makes others feel with his constant, hateful, spiel. It hurts people, why does he thinks all "his" people are running to testify against him? You can't do that to people constantly and expect no kickback. Karma is a bitch. He's a narcissist. He is incapable of recognizing how someone else might feel.

nope. I was sad that he didn't get taken to the ball game, is all. If Trump was your dad would you want to go someplace with him?
Kid was probably overjoyed he got to watch at home on the big screen instead.
Trump has said some cruel shit about his youngest, I don't imagine he's all fatherly and kind when he's around him - or any of his other kids, for that matter.

I looked up the voting record from 2016 in DC. That's what it showed. I haven't been to many big public events such as a world series game lately. I do remember though, that even if a small % of a very large group boos some one, it will still sound like a lot of people because it is. Especially if the rest are not cheering/calling out, etc. I attended a Nascar race in Talladega a couple of years ago. Attendance was estimated to be 192,000. I can assure you, the 50,000+ that boo'ed Kyle Busch weren't that loud. The 150,000+ that cheered for Dale Jr left us all with goosebumps & was ear shatteringly loud. The cheers for him were so loud that we could hear it over the roar of the cars. And they sounded like a Stephen King monster roaring louder & louder the closer they got.
We've seen MULTIPLE videos from multiple views from the World Series crowd. It wasn't a small group boo'ing. In the moments before they began boo'ing, they were cheering for the military personnel on the big screen. Then the shot changed to the resident in the white house & the boo's were just as loud as the cheers moments before.
Note the comparison between the bolded. I've noticed that those darn commercials are loud too. You would think 100,000 people cheering a car race, would be louder than one man talking about a certain brand of beer.

Bashing? Kindly point out the posts bashing Baron Trump. Was it anything like this? Fox News Readers Bash Obama's Daughter With Racial Slurs, 'Ape,' 'Monkey' “I wonder if she applied as a muDslime..or a foreign student..or just a Ni@@er.” “Hopefully she gets cancer/aids or one of those colored diseases.” “Another academically challenged affirmative-action parasite steals a place from a qualified White or Asian student.” www.diversityinc.com/malia-obama-fox-news/We all know you'll run away instead of addressing this.

Yes, it was intended to be a humorous and not a factual post and to help clarify that it was not Barron that we were dissing, but Barron's dad.
The clue is that I used the words 'probably' and 'imagine' - in the English language, those words are usually added when a person is stating something they don't have actual knowledge of, or just made up.

Bashing? You want an example of actual bashing? Well here it is: "During his remarks, Trump brought up how Scalise was shot at a Republican congressional baseball practice a few years ago. That incident — yes, being shot — is something Trump wouldn't "recommend as a weight loss plan," Politico reports he said. Trump then mentioned how Scalise's wife "cried her eyes out when I met her at the hospital that fateful day," a reaction that Trump didn't see as normal. "I mean not many wives would react that way to tragedy. I know mine wouldn't," he said."
www.yahoo.com/news/trump-says-melania-wouldnt-cry-144733294.html
Now THAT is bashing. Of course trump is the "basher" here and the "bashee" is his wife, but this is a full body slam bash. Mentioning someone's child's name on the other hand is not

The president recalled how Scalise's wife, Jennifer, "cried her eyes out when I met her at the hospital that fateful day … I mean not many wives would react that way to tragedy. I know mine wouldn't."
I'll bet Trump's wives would cry their eyes out if he was only wounded.

I thought CNN was fake news. Is it fake or is it real? You can't have it both ways.

Maybe you should have read the article. How do you know I didn’t? But your premise has been posters here have bashed Barron. They haven’t and bringing in a dead guy doesn’t help your cause find any proof.

He should have not even been in the conversation! forgive me, but if I had a luxury box to a WS event, I would bring my son. period. I just don't understand why he was not there, that's all. and yeah, I don't really care if he is interested or not. sometimes, being a parent means taking your kid to historic events even when they don't want to go. but I guess that is just me. I think it is sad he wasn't there. that is all.
if that counts as "dragging him into the conversation", sobeit. it just makes me sad, is all.

Your interpretation of the significance of sports is common in this country. I don't think it is warranted. I wouldn't make my children watch a horror movie if they didn't want to. I wouldn't make my children play a violent video game if they didn't want to. I wouldn't make my children read a riske book if they didn't want to. Those types of things can be historically and socially significant. The number of people who could rattle off who won various championships from 20 or 30 years ago may be smaller than the number of people who recall watching Psycho. I'm not sure why one is SO IMPORTANT and the other is nothing. I haven't made my kids go to church, and religion is far more historically important than a bunch of guys playing with their balls. My son has gone to a baseball game. If we got tickets to the world series and he didn't want to go, I would give the tickets to someone who cares. Can you imagine if Baron had been forced to go and he looked bored - maybe yawned or something? He would get trampled by the public. Because anyone who doesn't like what you think is "important" is clearly a horrible person. Better to leave him home and spare him the criticism.

Sad ...........
I know what the liberals will say now ............ Trump has done nothing right ............
Ok .......... that's your opinion and you have a right to that ........... Allow me the same right to disagree with you ........

it is not that I don't hear what you are saying. but my dad dragged me off to tons of shit when I was little that I later thanked him for. kids don't want to go places OFTEN. they want to sit on their arses and watch TV. no insult. I was a kid once, and I wanted to sit on my arse and watch TV. but my dad dragged me out to see the world and get a taste of it, and I thank him for it.
if you are cool with letting your little taters grow roots, that is fine. they are your kids, not mine. likewise with Trump's.
but it makes me sad.

My kids do plenty. I just don't think baseball is important. I can't recall any specific times I saw any previous White House kids, but the few times I have seen Baron, he seems uncomfortable to be in the spotlight. Maybe all kids that age aren't great standing next to their POTUS/father. I am awkward as hell, and even told my husband while we were engaged that if he had political aspirations, we might reconsider getting marriage as I thought I would be a detriment as a political wife. Maybe Baron is like everyone else in that situation, or maybe it gives him a panic attack, or any place in between. I don't see why forcing a child to be in a situation that makes him seriously uncomfortable and open to criticism is mandatory to good parenting.
