Not sure if there’s scientific evidence to these claims but in the documentary they claimed less fat in plasma and more frequent and harder erections on a plant based diet. More?!!, Now I’m sure that my wife will keep me on a meat based diet...

That would be southern Europe → the Dutch are, on average, the tallest in the world and I am quite certain that I fly to Europe when I go home. The US doesn't even make the top 10.

ETA: I just realized you described the "standard steak" as 6oz., so I had to go and look it up in grams → 6oz. would be considered a big steak and the recommended amount is more like 4oz. → So there is a lot of room for our shorties to grow
Good info. It looks like my observation based anecdotal evidence is not supported by the statistics. Hey, when you see that your 6'3" and 6'4" tall sons are just "on the tall side" but not really very tall, that may be anecdotal evidence as well but it does make me look up certain statistics.

More?!!, Now I’m sure that my wife will keep me on a meat based diet... In the documentary they hooked up 3 college athletes to a measuring device that measured their erections while they slept. All three had a significant increase in amounts and hardness after eating plant based meals. Idk? Really didn’t want to google this at work but it appears there is some science behind it. I knew that one of the early warning signs of heart attacks is ED. Makes sense it’s all about blood flow.

Netflix has another meatless documentary on elite athletes kicking butt on a plant based diet, “Game Changers”. I’m hopeful that Americans will at least eat far less meat as time goes on. It’s just not sustainable. Health benefits are impressive as well. Have any of you changed your diet by eating less meat since we last discussed? I have but I’m still far from a vegetarian. Family is becoming more on board so that definitely helps. I saw that documentary too. I'm trying to reduce meat consumption by eating more vegetables. But for me, giving up meat entirely would be a bit tricky since I have trouble regulating my blood sugar. I'm trying to find meatless things to eat that don't leave me hungry in an hour.
