Indiana lost $16 million that was to be spent at Crane Naval and $8 million for work at the Terre Haute airfield.
This is money that would have provided jobs and purchased materials for the projects. We lost less then a lot of states, territories and foreign countries from his cuts. Totally irresponsible. And it is totally irresponsible as this money had been appropriated by congress not trump and should not be trump.

There is a means in place for Congress to override the President's actions. Unless they step up, I think it great this is happening.

Well, I hope they step up. Why do you think its great, I see a lot of schools in various states not being funded and housing. From what I have read, both are always shortchanged so don't think its a good thing.

Negative impact of Presidential overreach felt by individual citizens is necessary for to it to be stopped.

(b) Termination review of national emergencies by Congress
Not later than six months after a national emergency is declared, and not later than the end of each six-month period thereafter that such emergency continues, each House of Congress shall meet to consider a vote on a joint resolution to determine whether that emergency shall be terminated. link Should be time to meet to consider.

Nothing in Oregon that I know of. Trump is just moving monies from one pocket to another for the wall (Secure Fence Act 2006) that congress approved way back but failed to fund it. Here's a excerpt of the bill - "Although the 2006 law authorized construction of a fence, Congress initially did not fully appropriate funds for it (see authorization-appropriation process). "Congress put aside $1.4 billion for the fence, but the whole cost, including maintenance, was pegged at $50 billion over 25 years, according to analyses at the time".
