Oh, good god!! Trump rips California governor, threatens to cut aid as wildfires ravage state President Trump on Sunday ripped California Gov. Gavin Newsom as wildfires ravage the Golden State, saying the Democrat has done a “terrible job of forest management” and threatening to withhold federal financial aid. “I told him from the first day we met that he must 'clean' his forest floors regardless of what his bosses, the environmentalists, DEMAND of him. “Every year, as the fire’s rage & California burns, it is the same thing-and then he comes to the Federal Government for $$$ help. No more. Get your act together Governor. You don’t see close to the level of burn in other states,” he added. thehill.com/policy/energy-environment/468716-trump-rips-california-governor-as-wildfires-ravage-stateThat's right, boys and girls.......no aid to American citizens in disaster areas.

Yep. He wants them to rake 33 million acres of California forest. I don't think he's ever been in a forest in his life. Dumbass.

Most of those forest lands are federal lands. He needs to get his tail out there & rake if he wants it done. It's on the feds to take care of the forests.

Weltz...I don't live in Ca. but my son, dil & dgd do....thank you for your help! DGD is closest to one group of fires since she is going to college in Malibu. Her school handed out those big masks again since it was difficult for the kids to breathe with all the smoke in their area. Son & dil are south, closer to San Diego so they haven't been affected by them.

I don't get this.
Trump ran for president multiple times before he ran and won. Every other time he pulled out, too. Now he's mocking someone who did the exact same thing he did?

Here is the President of the United States of America launching a personal attack at a sixteen year old girl: "So ridiculous," Trump tweeted. "Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Greta, Chill He could have left it alone. He could have done what his son did and question the adults at Time for their choice. But instead the President of the United States of America launched a personal attack at a sixteen year old girl.

President Trump dissed a GOLD STAR FAMILY. Why would anything he says or does surprise anyone?

Nor should he mess with people who aren't smarter than him. He is the President of the United States of America. He shouldn't mess with people.

I think it is important that we who think it, continue to express our disapproval when he does things like this. I am disgusted with my fellow citizens who simply pass it off as Trump being Trump.

I am also disgusted by petty comments attacking our President. Holding him accountable for his behavior should not be done in a way that sinks to his level.

For some reason, I feel like we are in a totally different era. All Presidents are commented on disparagingly by the other side. Presidents up to this point have shown dignity to not have to retaliate. When I see a god fearing conservative friend post on FB "if the democrats steal this election from President Trump, there will be a revolution to end all revolutions"----it's quiet scary. I would never ever have considered this person would have such a thought. It's different.....it's scary.....

Don't be scared....even if the Senate voted to remove him, which they won't, there will be no uprising ..If any tried, as I have said on different threads, it would be put down , tops 48 hours... As far as your God fearing conservative friend...guess all I can say, comfort them..put their head on your shoulder, pat their kepie and whisper.."there, there. there dear friend.."

But instead the President of the United States of America launched a personal attack at a sixteen year old girl How do his supporters not cringe when he says things like this? How low can they go? How much tolerance for an awful human can they take? Does the man have that much authority/power over them that they are willing to stifle their integrity? Maybe they don't have much integrity? Maybe they agree with him?? ICK. I can kind of wrap my brain around "looking the other way" when he attacks adults/people he works with or needs to work with or someone who's gotten the better of him. We're all suck ups at heart and will "look the other way" for people in power who might be able to do something helpful for us. I can kind of get how his supporters "look the other way" when Trump has attacked someone who's disabled, or grieving, or a veteran... they are adults. But, how exactly does one "look the other way" when an ADULT goes for a personal attack on a child/young adult they are NOT related to. I totally get the unwritten rule (even though it's wrong) that parents can do whatever the hell they want to their own children in public and no one can say anything other than an anonymous call to the child protection agency). Come on... when an an Adult does this to a kid they are not related to? What kind of human are you if you don't disapprove/say something/feel atleast some contempt for the adult doing the attack?? Going after a kid? Really? What kind of loser human is Trump he has to attack a kid to make a point? And if you do feel that contempt and hide it... what does that say about you? <-- generic you?? I think I know why Trump (and family) doesn't have a dog. He'd kick it. I'm sure his devotees would look the other way for that too.

He is saying what they think/feel deep inside and don't have the balls to let the world know they are just as awful as he is. That and fear of what is coming should the brown, female, young and non-heterosexuals use their anger to tear down the establishment. People will do anything to protect their small crumb of power even if in some cases it means cutting of their noses to spite their face.

This week at a rally, Trump called the DOJ employees 'scum' because of their disproven plot to remove him from office, and then said Elizabeth Warren had a 'fresh mouth.'
And all his minions in the hall cheered and cheered and cheered.

"Fresh mouth"?
My Grandmother used to say that. She would be 102 now.

I want a Commander in Chief who doesn't wear a hat with his campaign slogan on it to the coin toss of the Army-Navy game.
