But, but, didn't someone say if we remove the clean air act, everyone will just start using Coal as an energy source again?

Once you have built the infrastructure it makes sense to use it as much as possible to get the ROI. I believe the concern is, without proper motivation, the energy industry won't build new technology solutions. I think the clean air act is one of those that has repercussions 10 years from now.

And we have a huge solar field going into a county south of us...it has provided quite a few jobs so far & will until construction is complete...it is in partnership with a local power co...so …...
