Do You think these Laws stopped a single death? Ten round mags, Do you think if a person is going to shoot a bunch or even one person,, do they care about the legality of a larger mag?

The knee jerk folly of trying to outlaw tools.
There will always be another tool.
For those who care, me being a retired war dog and all.
We are on the cusp of firearms being removed to the annals of history like the spear and sword with the onset of small energy weapons.
Thank the advancement of battery technology for automobiles and handheld power tools.
A laser powerful enough to burn a hole through a steel barn wall in milliseconds, weighs half as much as an assault weapon, smaller too.
Invisible in the IR spectrum, silent, no traceable residue, no ammunition, simple electronics.
What's the lefts plan on regulating these tools away from criminals ?
Or will law enforcement affecting the actual perpetrators of crime, finally see the light of day ?
