that would be Mayor Pete, but I don't think Pete is ready yet. What do you think about a Biden/Mayor Pete ticket?
I don't know if Biden would do a second term, due to his age, and Mayor Pete might be able to step in at that point.
Of course, he won't get many votes where I live in the South, but then neither will any other democrat.
I live in the south...the far south, rural... I think a Biden/Mayor Pete ticket could pull it out, but not one with another person of color...down here...so no Cory Booker, no Harris & no Castro down here. Beto did himself in by both waiting so long and by not having policies ready to announce. I think most of us are waiting to see who goes by the wayside first. As for Fox being on top...yes in numbers against individual stations/networks...but put them up against the combo...CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC & then let's see what happens. I'm old, I'm white, I'm female but I wouldn't believe anything that comes across Fox on a bet. However, my 50ish, white, retired military son would & does. So it's not all just OLD white men, some are younger but have been brain washed by military. His 2 children are another matter altogether. They will be voting for democrats or against anyone their Dad is for.

I suspect a lot of people, like myself, watch FOX News strictly for the comedy. Every time I watch it, I burst out laughing.....it's THAT funny! No,you shouldn't fear the USA slipping into a dictatorship. What the US should fear is the metric system!! "It's tryranny!" You can't make this stuff up!

Actually, happy people who are satisfied with the status quo are less likely to vote, especially if Fox News has lulled them into the believe that Trump can't possibly lose. Overconfidence is bad - look at the 2016 election.
It's the people who are unhappy with the way things are that are more motivated to get to the polling stations to kick the bums out.
So how many voters have drunk the Fox koolaid and believe life is the best it's always been, and how many have drunk the liberal koolaid and think Trump is destroying democracy?
That's what you have to worry about.
I am not worried about who wins in 2020. It isthe liberals who are freaking out. just like conservatives freaked out in 2014.
guess what?
they won.
