Recently I've been building and/or fixing up guitars to give away to kids who are just starting out. It's fun to have a new guitar to play for a while, give it away and start on a new project.  |

Reading, fishing, camping, travelling, killing garden plants (really it's not supposed to be that way....it just happens) and, I paint coats of arms.

I like to read, sew, garden, usually plant a big one and can my produce. I like to travel but with some health issues a problem right now. Hope I can this year. Want to go south in Jan and Feb out of this dreary weather next year. Right now feeling really good.

Mainly but have directed a couple of shows as well. That is cool. I was in drama in high school. I've often thought it would be fun to do it again. I was in it also in high school. Did a couple of community shows when I was stationed on Guam right after high school. 30 years later a gal I was working with said I should do theater. Told her I had in the past. She said great and that auditions were at 6 that night. I went, got cast, and been doing a show or two a year for the past 12 years. I live in a very small town. A good 2 weekend 6 show crowd is 200 people total for the whole run. I just love the process of getting words on paper and 6 to 8 weeks later bringing a character to life in a live performance. |

I putter with a lot of things but I don't do anything consistently enough to call it a hobby. I sew, paint, redecorate and read in spurts.

I have added billiards to my hobbies. I have been practicing at the senior center where I can play all day for $1. I usually tire about 1.5 hours. I play pickle ball, weight lifting, cardio dance, tennis, crochet, art painting, movies at the theater with friends, reading. Occasionally, golf and bird watching. I used to play a lot of tennis but got tired of the depraved people.
