I applied for one that I will be getting today or tomorrow, but I'm a little confused on the verbiage.
So does this mean ANYTHING I put on in the first 12 months does not accrue interest or is it really a trick and it means the same as the balance transfer one that it has to be charges in the first 30 days? I looked through all the fine print and it doesn't specify.

It means you won't be charged interest for the first 12 periods for any purchase. But if you still have a balance on the 13th period interest will start to be charged then, but as far as I know the interest only starts in month 13 - there's no back interest like some store 0% interest deals are.
For example I've used these cards when I'm buying something big - like I had an 18 month one when I bought my a/c. So I took the total amount charged, divided by 18 and paid that off each month and never was charged interesting.
You will still be required to pay the minimum due each month though.

I'm throwing my property tax bill on there, but it would be sweet if I could put DS's tuition for next year on as well, but that won't be billed until May. Statement cutoff date for the card is April 26th.

Also, does the 12 months include the month of April which would normally be no interest anyhow? I'm guessing it does.

I think it counts as one - but your bill should spell out what date it expires on. And you can still put you son's tuition on the card - you'd only have 11 months of no interest...or whatever it works out to. Like you purchases in the 6th billing cycle would have 0% interest for 6 months.

Does your property tax charge a fee for using a credit card? I was going to put mine on my 2% cash back card, but it turns out there is a 2.5% fee for using a credit card.

It's 2.6%... and the card is a 2% cash back, so it will end up costing me $16 to put in on the card for a year free. I can't remember what the tuition fee is because I've never used it before.
But, I'm also getting $150 sign on bonus for putting $1500 on it in the first 90 days.
