All charges dropped in 2015 Texas biker shooting that left nine dead, 20 injured

Nobody will face punishment for the 2015 shootout between a pair of rival biker gangs in the parking lot of a Texas restaurant that left nine people dead and at least another 20 injured.

McLennan County District Attorney Barry Johnson announced on Tuesday that his office would drop all remaining charges, dubbing the further pursuit of prosecution a “waste of time, effort and resources.”

“In my opinion, had this action been taken in a timely manner, it would have and should have resulted in numerous convictions and prison sentences against many of those who participated in the Twin Peaks brawl,” said Johnson, who took office in January.

“Over the next three years the prior district attorney failed to take that action, for reasons that I do not know to this day.”

I think there will be a whole bunch of rich bikers in the future!!

What is a shame,, that the one's ( Citizens) that will end up paying for this will not be the ones that caused it,

This was a multi jurisdictional event, City, County, State, and if I recall correctly, even some Game Wardens (Feds)were involved!!

When the Civil trials start, I wonder are all the misdeeds of Justice that the law enforcement community dumped on these people going to come out?

On the other side is the Law Enforcement, Knights in shining armor ,, that can do NO wrong what so ever!!

It is always deadly silent, when the Government types, kill people, beat people, imprison, people, confiscate their property, their money,,,

Cause they are protected by,,,, other law enforcement people!,,, God help you if you actually spoke out about,,, Demanded that the amend their ways,,

On the other hand, Make some off the cuff comment about some one ethnics, color,, or racial or sexual direction,,,,

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!   the World is coming to an END,,  after all,,, your hate is far superior that their hate!!,, or differences,, it may not even be hate!
