OMG, I guess I'm dead and don't know it. Of course I will admit that I don't have anything Tupperware in the cabinets now but back in the day that was all we had. I guess what I have now is taking the place of eggs which have been declared bad for me - or has that changed? I stay so confused Since life is (currently—immortality may be just around the bend) terminal, I’ve quit getting wound up when I’m told something will kill me. Next year it won’t, but something else that used to be good for me will instead be deadly. That’s life folks. We aren’t getting out alive.

Pinterest actually has a category for Tupperware storage cabinets. Like this one: I have a lower cabinet with two pull out drawers. While it isn't Tupperware specific , it works just fine. (I actually got the idea from my Dad's condo where his wife has them stored this way. At first I thought it was odd, but it really does work. Prior to that I had plastic ware stored on our corner lazy Susan. Lightweight plastic on a rotating vessel = pieces flinging off and getting stuck in the back. Not logical.)

I figure one day they will be yelling that folks are dying of low cholesterol. Sucks you burst my bubble, I thought I was going to get out alive! Damn the luck

The only Tupperware I have left are some really big items...like a divided serving platter for veggies/dip or various chips/dip with a cover and another large cracker container/cover for serving crackers with a cheese ball. I'm not getting rid of them & since they are seldom used, they are stored in the cabinet above the fridge. All my other containers are Rubbermaid...which nest very nicely. Since they are light-weight, they go in upper cabinets while heavy items go into lower cabinets. Mine are nice & neat...unless DH has put away dishes, then I have to 'fix' all of them. But I have an old plastic dish from a microwave meal that holds all the lids standing up so easy to see which one you need.

I still have some of the older Tupperware from when I sold it back in the late 70’s. Now I mostly have Glass Lock storage containers. I love them and can’t wait for the new kitchen to be done as I have a couple of deep drawers that I think will be perfect to store them neatly. I do throw out stained or cracked plastic containers though. There is a specific type and size of plastic container that DH likes so I do buy those and toss them when they get stained. He takes them to work with leftovers for his lunch and they’re cheap, so I don’t feel bad tossing them.

I put containers in the lazy susan. I bought the pie shaped bins to hold the items in place. It works perfectly for both the small and tall containers.
