The Monmouth poll top five: Biden 28% Sanders 27% Harris 8% Pete 8% Warren 6% Biden and Sanders might be 1% higher than I posted, as I saw it on the television this morning and might be off

After seeing the CNN Democratic townhall highlights (no I did not watch)\ I think Sanders really hurt himself over voting rights for prisoners. Harris hurt herself over the same issue although she hedged and said it should be in the discussion. Pete pretty much kept the oars in the water, and probably did not hurt or help his race. Shows he does belong in the mix imo.
Anyone else have any thoughts on the townhall?

Instead of stalking my posts ala snow leopard, perhaps your time would be better spent examining your own.

Oohhhh...burn.
Here is something else you can work on. How about forthrightly answering direct questions when they are posed to you. I know you’ll have to unzip your troll suit but you become relevant again.

Okay! Joe Biden officially joined the fray! Think there will be anyone else of consequence for the Democrats? On the Independent side we will have to wait and see if any of the billionaires will come in the mix as an Independent to screw up the outcome. Bloomberg and two others have become mute lately. I believe none will commit for fear of being the guy known forever more as the person who singlehandily re-elected Trump.

He gives you a complement, and your response is a little harsh imo. He has been referred to as a troll by numerous posters lately. I offered a suggestion as to how he could undo that by answering questions, derived from reading his posts, by numerous members here. It may seem harsh to you, but I want the old coyootie back. Call it tough love.

Shows he does belong in the mix imo. Anyone else have any thoughts on the townhall? Yes, I watched some of it. I wasn't interested in the first two...Warren & the one who's name I can't spell. Warren did herself in with the DNA, she won't be able to overcome that at the ballot box...she may in the polls, but not when it comes down to the nitty-gritty! Kol….. just doesn't cut it for me. And all the publicity about how she runs her office....nope, not liking her at all. Harris skirted some questions...that doesn't look good. Either say you don't know or answer or say you will have to give that subject more thought before commenting...don't skirt it! Bernie was Bernie...haven't liked him before & still don't. His take on the felons voting should have hurt him more than it did & it may still in the months to come. Mayor Pete..well he spoke to each question asked. Not sure if he answered to everyone's satisfaction but at least he didn't avoid any subjects...which is good for him. Sooo, my conclusion...Mayor Pete did himself the least harm...not sure any of them did themselves all that much good. Too long yet before the primaries & I want to see some debates.

I'm not that impressed with the dems, Joe and Sanders are too old. Warren won't get anywhere after the indian debacle. I like Buttigieg but this country will not elect a gay president at this time. Some others are good but they can't draw enough voters. Maybe someone will come out of the woodwork like Obama did. Right now I'm not real impressed with any of them. And trump has Russia behind him plus voter suppression so a very good chance he, god help us all, could get in again. If he does he won't even begin to back down it will be hitler and Goebbels ruling. Our democracy will be devastated.

Joe and Bernie are just slightly older than Trump, so, it is a wash on that one, unless democrats are so biased they cannot vote for old white men anymore. Warren, agree but has nothing to do with her lack of Indian blood, imo. Buttigieg, Indiana would never vote him over Trump and I am not sure being gay has that much to do with it. Indiana is basically a very white state, considered biased to the bad side on race, and yet voted for Obama twice. Indiana will vote for Trump in2020. The rest of the nation outside of a couple of small population states with few Electoral votes could go to him. He would lose the southern states except Florida. Florida might go democrat next election. Pete could win Michigan Wisconsin Ohio and Pennsylvania with the rest of the big electoral states. It is not outside the realm of real possibilities, imo, at least as of right now. As far as Russia........voter suppression.....and lower case god, will God may well put Trump back in office for a second term! Our Democracy, actually a Republic, will be just fine.

I don't agree with some of the folks they put in the top tier.... Here is the latest I found...doesn't list everyone, but you can see who should be in the top tier & the rest might as well go home.... www.cnn.com/2019/03/28/politics/quinnipiac-poll-march-28/index.html

I don't know, none of them are fantastic, I will likely vote for Biden. He will make a good president, don't think that is a problem. But I think we need new people, with new eyes and different ideas in solving our problems. I would like to see a LOT of new in the senate also.
I think the main focus is getting rid of mcconnell, talk about obstruction, he stops everything from working like it should. If he were the person he should be, trump would not be allowed to pull the BS he is.
