If you get one Bachelor's degree and then decide to pursue another degree a little later, will the general ed credits transfer/carry forward (provided the college accepts them, of course)?

It depends. Where did the first bachelors come from (same institution the rules might allow for more leniency). How long ago? Credits expire, although you could pay to test out of some classes. And just like transferring institutions, not all credits will transfer exactly. Since you’re still in school, I assume you’re planning for the future/your next degree?
ETA: if you can, download or get your hands on a real copy of the college catalog where you attend now. Course numbers and descriptions change, sometimes drastically. The description of the course when you took it can really help you get transfer credit, particularly for less mainstream courses.

Yeah, I graduate in May but I'd like to move out of the state. I'm concurrently enrolled in a Master's program but its tuition is lumped in with my undergrad stuff at this point. I was looking at just pursuing another Bachelor's degree in the state that I plan to move. Really, I want to ensure that I get full benefit of my GI Bill. At the end of this term, I'd still have 17 months left of the benefit. Even then, it's a breakdown by # of days example I've been enrolled since Jan 2017 and have used only 15 months and 5 days. This term will use another 3 month and X days.
