My Mom is Hosting a Card Club party for about 5-6 people this week and one person is on the Keto diet. Her friend said not to worry about desert for her, but my Mom would like to serve her some kind of desert.
Does anyone have any ideas? I know we have had a few people here on the Keto diet, so I thought maybe someone has some ideas. She is making Carrot Cake for the others.
Thanks!

Dark chocolate mousse would work. I think that dark chocolate has fewest carbs, and the other ingredients would be egg whites and heavy cream.
Berries with whipped cream sweetened with Stevia.

I've don't have the recipes but I've had peanut butter chocolate "no bake cookies" that were yummy and I believe Keto friendly. Google for it! I think there were also something like Banana with Peanut Butter and Chocolate "no bake refriderator cookies" that were darn tasty! Google Keto Butternut squash brownies for a recipe. (I've had treats in the 'brownie' theme made with canned pumpkin or that used Almond "flour" I think they would be considered Keto.)
Google Keto desserts

Pinterest has loads of recipes, depending on your preferences. Berries with real whipped cream is easiest. I like individual cheese cakes.

Berries with whipped cream are a great idea. Also (I cook, so ... ) homemade chocolate or vanilla pudding/custard made with stevia, whole milk and cream, egg yolks, with raspberries for the vanilla pudding and whipped cream for the chocolate. Cheesecake made with almond meal crust and stevia for the sweetener.
