Market correction as of January 12th, 2019

If we look where the market has gone since December 24th, we seem to have had more than a dead cat bounce.
Markets have recovered about ten percent off the lows.
Anyone check out Netflix and where they have gone since their December low?
Granted they are an outlier, but recovering 26% since January 2nd is no small achievement. 
If you go online and check out your fund balances this weekend you may be slightly surprised at the rebound from the December lows.

Stocks (in general) have made progress since the sell-off.   But, do think the market could receed again if "Tweetie" continues to stubbbornly insist on his "wall" on the border with Mexico and the situation drags on for the next month or so.  I hope this (expletive) thing ends SOON.

Friday we were pushing the DOW and S&P 500 further upward.
DOW is close to a new record high, but with Boeing announcing cuttting monthly production of the MAXX, early negative trading on the stock will take a 100 points off the Dow at the opening.
