Deutsche bank's largest stock holder is selling out

The Chinese holding company has been told to sell some foreign holdings by their government. Are other Chinese courporations being forced to pull back internationally? Could this hurt international corporations and become a slowly increasing lack of capital for corporations? Can the economy of world markets take a hit on this isue if China withdraws capital from around the world?
I understand Deutsche Bank has their own set of problems financially, so is this just a one company problem?

Maybe it's more in the line of retribution to DT over his tariffs?  Isn't that the bank where DT & his kids/company have some loans?

Business rumors are China has told several big Chinese companies to pull back on overseas investments for some reason.

I am not sure about any of your questions. Regarding tariff retaliation, probably, maybe, maybe not. The Chinese do not always make their thoughts public, especially when they actually are trying to accomplish something.
There has been talk on CNBC recently the Chinese are facing some economic uncertainty, but with all the miney they have tied up in business, bonds and land here in the states, as well as throughout the world I find that hard to believe.
Have they over extended overseas, IDNK.

I figure if they are smart they will stop buying our treasury bonds.  Trump may think he is so smart, but they do that, we are in a catastrophic situation, if they and Japan stop buying.  It's all very fragile.

That's what happens when you borrow money outside the US.  It can bite you in the butt pretty fast if you make them angry.
