I'm sure he'll be very tough with Putin.

Or like the bigger brother pointing out if he didn't pound on the younger one, little brother would have no idea how good it feels when the pounding stops.

NKorea provided just 1 dog tag with 55 sets of war remainsWASHINGTON — When North Korea handed over 55 boxes of bones that it said are remains of American war dead, it provided a single military dog tag but no other information that could help U.S. forensics experts determine their individual identities, a U.S. defense official said Tuesday. The official, who discussed previously undisclosed aspects of the remains issue on condition of anonymity, said it probably will take months if not years to fully determine individual identities from the remains, which have not yet been confirmed by U.S. specialists to be those of American servicemen. The official did not know details about the single dog tag, including the name on it, or whether it was even that of an American military member. During the Korean War, combat troops of 16 other United Nations member countries fought alongside U.S. service members on behalf of South Korea. Some of them, including Australia, Belgium, France and the Philippines, have yet to recover some of their war dead from North Korea. any bets about how many are Americans? none? a few? Judging from the previous rounds of returned war dead from NK in the past (I think 2005 was the last time it happened) - I'm voting about 1/2 of the bones will be human. Of that I'm betting 2/3rd of the actual human bones are US military AND that some of the bones will be from incomplete sets of US Military we've received in the past. Maybe a couple of the bones will be from soldiers who were not US military will be from other countries (France? Australia? ) and the rest of the human bones won't be identified. The other 1/2 of the bones delivered with be from animals. If I had to put numbers on it - I'm gonna guess maybe 5 Americans (with 2 being from someone we've already identified). With maybe 2 others from our allies (maybe both of which have already been received and identified). That's kind of what we've gotten in the past from North Korea. I don't expect this to be any different. I'm hoping the American public isn't expecting there to literally be 55 complete skeletal remains, one each in it's own box. North Korea hasn't done anything like that in the past.

June 12th North Korea agrees to turn over remains. In less days than years since the war ended, remains were turned over. Where have these remains been that they were able to be located and turned over that quickly?

Where have these remains been that they were able to be located and turned over that quickly? North Korea? This is a favorite bargaining chip of DPRK. During Clinton's presidency, they released hundreds. Often times they weren't even human remains when examined. I take this move as largely a show.

Yeah, more Trump nonsense. His bone spurs are preventing him from having more respect for the families of the deceased.

"I have asked Secretary of State Mike Pompeo not to go to North Korea, at this time, because I feel we are not making sufficient progress with respect to the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula," ...
Mr. Trump's surprise announcement appeared to mark a concession by the president to widespread concerns that his prior claims of world-altering progress on the Korean Peninsula had been strikingly premature. link

What is going to happen,,,, NOTHING!!!! ... Agree with you in regarding North Korea. For me this is about President Trump declaring that something significant happened when he met with Kim Un Jong. It now appears he was overly optimistic. I think over-claiming positive results from his actions is something that our current president tends to do. I see this as a perfect example. It should be a cautionary tale for other policy issues.

So....when he signed a useless piece of paper, it was the greatest accomplishment ever and we should fall on our knees and worship him. When it is proven to be useless, it is not a big deal, and nothing terrible will happen. Gotcha.

Present government very left leaning and wants peace with the North desperately...Actually I can understand that...any war with the North....even if they most probably won...would make such a shambles to the South, would set them back 50 years...Seoul with over 25 million, is within thousands of the Norths artillery pieces....estimated casualties in a day...thousands...

They're in the safe deposit box with my Franklin mint plates - are they all worthless now?
