Yeah, and for once it isn't huge jumps one way or the other. It has been a stead move up from .145 to .169 (as of close yesterday). Hopefully, it will continue climbing up until Jan 25 when they announce Phase II results. From there, it is either going to be a big jump up or falling off a cliff. Based on everything we've seen and heard, the results should be good...

ADXS:The primary efficacy endpoint of this Phase 2 trial is overall survival. As of January 25, 2012, the percentage of patients alive at 6 months is 62% (34/55); at 9 months is 41% (15/37) and at 1 year is 40% (6/15). Clinical responses have been observed in both treatment arms with 3 complete responses (elimination of tumor burden) and 4 partial responses (¡Ý30% reduction in tumor burden) documented to date, which expands on the preliminary data presented at the AACR meeting in December that reported 1 complete response and 3 partial responses. ¡°These data will change, as the study is ongoing and still enrolling. However, we are encouraged by the preliminary safety, tumor response, and survival data,¡± commented Dr. Rothman.

ADXS is driving me nuts. Every day it just trickles down some more. I'm not sure what to think at this time. The science looks great, but the stock just doesn't perform with it. At this point, if I get to even, I'm going to be tempted to sell. I hate having this money locked up in it when the market is doing well.

I held dndn for years before i got the results, i still have a few shares. so i am going to hold at least for 1 more year if i get a 20% gain i will be happy. mean whil i got into cvm and will see what that dose

I spent a good part of the weekend looking for information on bion, I could not gather enough to make any king of reasonable evaluation. based on the history of this kind of industry i would avoid this one at this time and look at it again in about 3 months, once again only my opinion

Thanks - I guess I'll just keep an eye on it. Sounds interesting to me. Last time I tried by luck in penny stocks it ended badly.

it is an interesting stock and i will look at it again down the road a little. the history of the industry it self is not great and that is why i am a little shy on it. pennies are a different ball game when you hit it is usually very big when you miss it is most likely a total loss. if you have a strong heart try bio techs that's were i make my $

BURGER: might hold on to your AXDS a little longer ADXS-HPV arm. This means surgery is no longer required. The dose in cohort 1 is about 1/20th of the dose being used in trials of ADXS-HPV in cervical cancer.
-- Achieving a 50% regression rate with the lowest dose tested is encouraging as The American Academy of Clinical Research's Task Force on the Treatment and Prevention of Intraepithelial Neoplasia concluded that "...50% objective regression rate with a new treatment agent is considered clinically meaningful." Further, "An improvement in CIN 2/3 to either pathologically normal cervix or of CIN 3 to CIN 1, with no new CIN 2/3 lesions appearing in at least 50% of the treated patients, is evidence of clinical benefit of the new agent." (O'Shaughnessy, et al 2002, CCR, 8:314).
-- 40% of CIN 2/3 lesions spontaneously regressed in the placebo arm. This is within the range reported in the scientific literature of 35%-43% (Wright, et. al. 2003. Am J Obstet Gynecol, Am. J. Obstet. Gynecol. 289:295).
-- Less than 1/3 (29%) of the patients treated reported any side effects associated with treatment. Those that occurred were mild and self-resolved or responded quickly to treatment.
-- No SAEs (serious adverse events) were reported.

BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Friday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Friday there were 3584 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2101 companies with positive Friction Factors and 3838 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the largest percentage gain per share Friday and low price friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. WEBMEDIABRANDS INC (NASDAQ:WEBM), SINO CLEAN ENERGY INC (OTC:SCEI), Shutterfly Inc (NASDAQ:SFLY), SBM OFFSHORE NV (OTC:SBFFF), VRINGO INC (AMEX:VRNG), Ku6 Media Co Ltd (NASDAQ:KUTV). ADXS continues its downward spiral. I'm afraid I'm in too deep to sell now. I guess I'm just going to ride it out and see what becomes of it. Their science is good, but no one seems to be buying the stock.
I need some way to block a stock from my screen when I look at my portfolio!

Hope like hell somebody bought VRNG. Closed Friday at $1.66, closed today Monday at $3.10. Not too good at math but it looks like close to 85% gain in a single day. Way overbought but this market is insane. Ooooh! Ilike it.

:)VRNG hit a high of $4.05 on Tuesday, not shaggy. The stock has come waaay back, now trading $2.58. Very tempting but not a buy according to market indicators. MACD on intraday is weak and remains overbought on the daily & weekly. CCI indicator remains critical on the weekly. VRNG is prone to spikes but prudence suggest to wait.

I want a discerning opinion not subject to popular impulse. Should I buy 100 shares of AAPL, down today $6.02 and can climb ten points in a single day or with that same money buy VRNG, down 11 cents today and can move up just a point or less in a day?....Anyone! Just a mention. Penny stocks moved two, three hundred percent at the top of the market in "2000". Are we at the top?

I would go with aapl but as this is a penny board i think the question would best be asked on one of the other threads that would be more in tune with aapl. I am currently acquiring AIS as my penny pick
