I've actually never done that. Not even once. Get your facts straight before you post libelous things. Another opinion you're posting as fact. No. It's actually not opinion. It's actually fact. I've never confused the two.

Sounds like you are looking for a safe space. I can get you some coloring books and a juice box. Nope. No "safe space" needed. Just reality is all that I need... the "safe spaces" are reserved for those that can't accept reality.

LOL... That's the only thing I would have preferred Hillary for (Supreme Court picks).
The Supreme Court should always be "liberal leaning"... because that causes it to consider the individual liberties before the group responsibilities.
But that ONE thing that she looked better as a candidate doesn't overshadow all the other issues where she looked like (and was, at least to enough people, in the right places) a worse one.
(for the record, this is an opinion)

Liberal courts generally act to either grant or ensure individual liberties. Conservative courts generally act to take them away. He's wrong on the rest of it, of course!

Tenn ... I have to disagree with you on this. The Supreme Court is there to define the Constitution and laws already on the books. Group responsibilities are what keeps the country together, not whiny individuals.
IMHO a conservative/moderate SC is ideal, one that looks at the good of the country without political strings.
And when I look at a couple of the possibilities that hillary had, I just couldn't vote for her. Namely hubby and obama ....... political payoffs.
Really wish we had better candidates last election.

I would bet that neither would have been considered. I doubt either would even want to be a Supreme Court Justice. I don't think Bill is really suited to that role, and neither would enjoy the lifestyle. Bill would prefer to be out in public, and Barack just spent eight years in a fishbowl. Time for him to swim free, not be stuck to a bench. The chance of either being chosen was basically zero. I hope you didn't buy into right-wing fear-mongering.

Yes.... they are. But liberal leaning Court tends to defend the constitution in FAVOR of the individual. Case in point: anything where it's {case-bringer} versus {God statute/law}... like Hobby Lobby. Hobby Lobby was ruled on by a Conservative leaning court... and it was ruled incorrectly. It never should have been "ruled in favor of Hobby Lobby" It should instead have been ruled "In favor of personal choice since it can't apply to Hobby Lobby, it can't apply to anyone". As the Hobby Lobby Ruling now stands, you only get the exemption if God told you. What if you don't believe in God? NO exemption. THAT'S why a Liberal court is better. A liberal court might have ruled it didn't apply universally because it couldn't apply specifically. No matter what they ruled though, they wouldn't have ruled to create another religiously based special class.
