and also, I don't even have credibility on here so... I don't know... can you have negative credibility? Mathematically, yes. okay, well then just take mine down to... oh I dunno... -1000000 and call it good. But really though, I don't think I was advocating discrimination toward groups with unpopular views. Well, there are some viewpoints and groups that I do think need to be silenced (like the KKK/Aryan Nation type groups). I'd also like that MGTOW or whatever the hell the women-hating group of men calls itself to STFU, but I don't think they need to be silenced, per se. If that makes me a hypocrite, so be it. I'm just saying, be aware of your audience and have a little sense. That's all.

ok - here is what he said specifically about women:
He then outlines how to get more gender diversity, essentially to make it easier, part time less stressful, with the caveat that men will be disproportionately interested due to the high status/pay.
so his suggestions are
paired programming (make it social!) less competitive make tech and leadership less stressful
oh my gosh, could it be any more patronizing?
