Well, one of my neighbors in back of me has the light from hell in their backyard that shines ever so brightly into my bedroom window like a searchlight but at least I don't listen to a barking dog constantly and have unsupervised children running through my yard. I didn't realize you were the asshole screaming by my house yelling "WALMART!". sorry. seriously. I've got motion lights near my front and side door, and then a pair in the backyard. one's aimed straight down, only to be triggered by one of the dogs in the dark corner of the backyard. the other is high up on the house, aimed at a slight arc to basically provide "dusk" to the patio area. well, after asshat started his bullshit, roommate climbed up on a ladder and tweaked it *just* a bit higher to clear the fence and light up his bay window when it's lit. of course I make sure to take the pups outside about 20 minutes after he gets home and turns out all of his lights. I can be an asshole too.

We have the red neck neighbors from hell. Once the tornado went through and destroyed or badly damaged a lot of the houses, some of them got bought up by house flippers, including the one next door to us. The rednecks that bought it did the bare minimum to make it livable and then moved in, filling their back yard with various old vehicles - sea dos, a couple small boats, an ancient forklift, a revolving series of crappy cars plus a couple immobile crappy cars, a smallish trailer, four or five different types of trailers and a series of different riding and walking lawn mowers. The front shrub bed they crammed with empty flower pots stacked several layers high (no plants, just empty flower pots) and jammed six gas grills of various vintages onto their front porch and sidewalk. Then there was the 18 wheeler trailer that sat in their front yard for about 18 months.
They also brought their pack of dogs, none of which were leashed or fenced. For a while, all packages left on our front porch got ripped open and chewed on by the pack, and we were constantly having to pick up trash that their dogs dragged from their trashcans into our yard, chewed on and then left. All but one dog gradually disappeared - one was run over (I witnessed that), don't know what happened to the others. If they were smart, they got themselves adopted by a better family.
This summer, the one remaining dog excavated the corner of my raised vegetable bed. Killed a bunch of carrots. Sigh.

My Dad has a lot of old cars in his yard...like a lot. It's a regular little junkyard. He builds streetrods so quite a few of them are being parted out in one way or another...or there is plans to at some point. Then I think my brother has a couple cars sitting there and some are just things he collects. "Hey, this is the huge freaking truck I used to drive in the Vietnam war, I need this!"
They have a lot of land though and most are located behind his shop, so it's not like they're in the yard yard.

I'm still trying to work through the thought process of a Texas legislator who shot down a bill that would help enforce an ordinance prohibiting parking in the front yard of houses in my neighborhood. Please understand, our homes are inner city, 65X100 lots, totally urban. But this jackhole who does not live in or represent our community blocked the bill. If I park my car in my front yard, it's within ten feet of my neighbor's bedroom window. He was opposed to "excessive regulation". Bet I can't gun my engine outside his bedroom window, ya think?
