It's crazy how low yeilds have gone, . Right now a full point on the benchmark only takes us back to the start of the year; the volatility + demand would keep them there.. I forgot to mention on the mid East thread that - yes - the Texas potato farmer, along with our grain belts and food supply in general means WE WIN! You know, like how different sects if Christians and Jewish folk have worked together to create the greatest "island" on earth. On point, I'm not too worries about oil prices falling much further. War takes lots of oil, and it won't be much more that a few more months before the oil will stop flowing out of the mid east. At that point it will be a blessing that we have an oil glut here, China can pay 120 a barrel and we can supply domestic refiners at 90! Hey, it's a time of war and we need to keep our economic growth stable here.. :-) God Bless, I think this chart outlines the relationship between oil usage and war?

, Nothing wrong with a good potato soup and some income from the house. Especially if over the last couple of weeks it's almost 20% more for less.. I see I wrote if instead of, of above. You got the idea though. I was talking about the entire island of NA though; you know the one that some call fantasy island. Irish potatoes in Idaho and Outlook, SK. The Canadian grain belt to the orange orchards if Florida. The fish in the waters off BC to the beef on the great plain - this land was made for you and me... Now that is the bull market that won't quit, Toronto and New York got nothing on the land. God bless North America!!!!

Sure, the stock market was on fire last week, but for some investors it’s tough to forget about how it felt the week before that. Or to forget that
The average bull market since 1921 has lasted about 61 months — this one has passed 67.
now for the bond market bull: 30 years and counting..
Also My Art Collect has a 10 year increase in value of 15.78% per year: Compounded. Love Picasso and GF is in Chagall.
