Olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. If I can't do that I'll just eat my salad with no dressing.

Do you buy or do you make? Do you have more than one bottle in your fridge right now? Do you shop around for sales, or buy whatsever on sale? Are you picky about brands? Do you have a favorite salad dressing recipe? This week, I've been mixing my own from sugar-free vinegar and Ponzu sauce .... because I was looking for something tangy and refreshing, but reasonable in calories, fat, and sugar content. Do you use different salad dressings for different salads? I purchase from grocery store I have several because French is NOT ALWAYS in stock when I go grocery shopping. Which is a good thing because I would never have found my new number one flavor - Honey French buy what ever (I recognize as sounds good - usually has French or Italian in the name) not into brands regarding salad dressing favorite dressing was French - now it's Honey French maybe I do use different dressings? I do have different flavors? I think it depends on which flavor I am in the mood for. I mostly use the Italian on sandwiches because I am trying to recreate a sub sandwich

I make all of my own, because it's WAY cheaper than buying. I made a really good vinegar and herb dressing using one whole bunch of flat leaf parsley, 1/2 cup canola oil, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 grated garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste, and 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce. It's sweet and sour and really fresh. It goes well with lettuce salads, vegetable salads and cabbage salads.
