Cleaning continues.... I used the vacuum attachments and began cleaning the circumference of each upstairs room, where regular vacuuming cannot reach. Used the vac attachments to get a few cob webs in our master bedroom. Our backyard is nearly complete. Finished weeding. We just need to finish stacking the bricks around the "sand box" badminton area, and one of the horse shoe platforms. DH spread the rest of the rubber mulch he had, and needs to buy more of it and sand for the sand box. I'll buy patio furniture this Friday or Saturday, just in time for DH's BD party. The shed, hot tub, tether ball and water feature will have to wait. Ran a deep clean cycle in the dishwasher, rinsed and let dry overnight the clothes dryer lint trap, and organized the freezer to assist with out of the freezer eating (see the meal cost SS thread).

I'm de-cluttering just cause the amount of stuff here is freaking me out. I just put out the 2 biggest pieces. I'm happy the shit is going out the door.

Last night I dusted the ceiling fan and high shelf in our room with the feather duster extension. Backyard bricks stacked, badminton area sand laid down. Tonight I'll finish vacuuming the upstairs room circumferences, and have DH help hang three pictures in the living room. Looked at patio furniture this AM at WW. Not impressed with their inventory. Will shop around in the Big City this Friday. We're looking for a dining table which will withstand the year round occasional wind vortex around here, and 6 chairs if possible. The big backyard reveal is Saturday.

Upstairs carpet edges vacuumed, along with the entire second floor. Dusted, vacuumed, swept and picked up the entire main floor. Powder room scrubbed. 4 pictures hung in the living room. Weeded, root stimulator poured onto all of the new plants. Tether ball purchased and hung, and 8 exterior solar lights purchased, assembled and strategically placed outside. I also bought a bistro set for $89 at WW, in addition to 2 large pots and plants, 2 tiki torches, a large umbrella and stand, and 2 strands of LED lighting. Oh, and a 10 pack of cheap squirt guns for party favors. DH's BD party was a success! There is something to be said about home ownership! I am soooo done spending $$ for awhile.
