He will announce the feds will continue printing $85 Billion - aka $1.02 Trillion - per month in Monopoly money and the market will jump as a result of the "good news."

I'd say something about the "trust" comment but I'm sure I'd end up on some "list" somewhere in IRS headquarters and spend the rest of my natural life dealing with audits. 

The "degree of insanity" is, IMO, boundless.  Just keep printing and spending money on so many essentially useless, or at least questionable, programs and everyone will "think" and "feel" all is well....sigh
