And a "German" German Shepherd will only respond to commands in German....I have witnessed this (note, German cows moo in German....but Swiss cows will moo in German, French, Italian or Romaich....they are truly multi-lingual,,,,)

German Long-haired Pointer........unless you are caught in the undergrowth where a German Pinscher might be better at getting you out of that pinch.....
