I've lost 27 lbs since November and still have something like 40-50 to go.
It's deeply unsatisfying to lose 1/2 to 1 lb a week. All that exercising and starving for the equivalent of a really good BM movement.
I'm also lasering off a ton of hair.
I've never worn a bikini in my life.
Good job! I'm down 36 lb since January of last year and I haven't yo-yo'ed or gained anything because I set my weekly weight loss goal low (1 lb per week). Obviously I had my plateau weeks, but not gaining back is more important. I'm in somewhat maintenance mode now (I'm probably losing 1/2 lb every couple of weeks) and still doing well. Slow and steady does win the race!
