Apparently no one else has any fun plans either Would you rather live in a town of 5,000 people, or a city of 200,000 people? ETA: cities around 200,000-- Montgomery, Alabama, Des Moines, Iowa, Richmond, Virginia, Spokane, Washington... 5,000 is easier to "visualize" for me since I'm fairly small town...

Small town! Define fun. What did you eat for your last meal? 10 points if you remember.

Hmm...Now that DD is 10 and has been to Disney and we've rode all the rides, I am next planning to go to Universal (and Busch Gardens Tampa) for our next Florida trip (still unscheduled)... Favorite vacation type - Destination (resort, amusement park) or relaxation on a beach?

favorite vacation type - floating music carnival (google Sixthman.net and check it out). I do at least one every year.
what's a new music act you've recently discovered and love?

love, LOVE M&S ideal dream date - two flavors for summer/winter. summer - a day at the (private) beach, closed with a casual dinner. all day to talk and to see my date in MY favorite setting. winter - a day on the slopes, followed by dinner then live music in the pub. time to enjoy outside in the winter, time to talk, and time to take in a new band. are you a fan of trivia games?

Brunettes (or black hair, or even salt and pepper ) If you were single, would you date a guy 10 years younger (assuming he would be of legal age )?

I am single, and 7 years was always my "cut off", but since I've only briefly dated one person in about 4 years, yes, I'd consider it! Also, it seems the older I get, the less of a difference 10 years is...lol
Have you ever visited a foreign country (besides Canada/Mexico)?

Only 5 states: Oregon, Washington, California, Virginia, and Colorado (I've been to just as many countries: Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales, Italy, with plane stops in Canada and Germany)
How old is (was) your oldest pet? (my parents have my cat, who is 17?)

I've been to all but approx 10 states. Our oldest pet is our only pet, Lee the Betta Fish, who is 2-ish. ;D I've traveled to/from CA/CO via train. Would you ever consider going to/back to school?

foreign countries - yup: Ireland, UK, Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, the Caymans. I think that's it. states - I've been to 17 states. I need to work on that. train? no, not in the US. in Europe, sure. back to school? probably not. not unless I decide on a career change.
are there any fruits you don't like?

I don't like melons (I can tolerate small amounts of watermelon) or pears.
If you were on a game show and they'd give you $100,000 to shave your head, would you do it?

Yes. I need a haircut anyway. Are you quick tempered, or does it take a lot for you to become angry?

It takes a lot to make me angry, but sometimes I'm more irritable than I like...
Do you ever wear sandals in winter?

I don't even wear sandals in summer, actually. But I do wear shorts and t-shirts in the winter.
Dark chocolate, white chocolate or milk chocolate?

All chocolate!! (Even though white is not "real" chocolate, I like it in/on some stuff. I haven't been to a coffee shop in forever, but love a white chocolate mocha!)
Do you prefer jeans or pants?

I can't think of a fruit I don't like. I wouldn't shave my head for $100,000. Maybe for a million. ;D I'm very, very slow to anger. I don't wear sandals in winter. I like dark chocolate and milk chocolate evenly. I don't like white chocolate. Live in jeans. We don't exchange gifts. Love milk!
Do you have a nickname in the "real world"?

100000.00? : If the money was in hand first, yup
Dark and milk chocolate
Sandals?: Absolutely
Anger?: You can roll me over with a steam roller and I'd just get myself up and dust off. Mainly because i care very little about most things. they are what they are. BUT there are certain things that will get a quick response like hurting a child, etc. This is when the deep waters runs deep thing goes into action.
