I need makeup. I still believe that I can fool people into thinking I'm beautiful if I use the many resources that are available to me.

I'm 33 and still don't wear make-up. I pestered my mom to wear when I was in early high school and she said that I could when I could buy it on my own. When I could buy it on my own, I didn't want to spend my money on it.

The younger boy has a similiar nose. It is probably the same as Dad's - but it is extremely possible that Katie's nose is not el natural.

To answer the OP since I so rudely hijacked - I think I started wearing eyeshadow/foundation in junior high - so maybe age 13? Prior to that I don't remember a lot of other girls wearing makeup. We mostly just hoarded sparkly nail polish. That was a while ago, so if now they start wearing makeup at 9-10, I'd probably take that into account. Better to have her own makeup than risk an eye infection by using a friend's

I still don't know who these people are even after seeing a picture. I am old and out of touch, I guess. Or maybe I am too busy catching up on The Walking Dead

I don't think these are USA celebrities - if that makes you feel any better.

I don't think either of them have their original nose. It's always funny to me when celebrities have extensive plastic surgery and then their kids come out with their 'old' faces. You can't lie to nature!

The oldest kid is defintely from another parent - apparantly father. The younger two are suppose to be his - but...again I ask, how did those two olive skinned, dark haired people get a fair skin blue eye?

Maybe her hair isn't it's natural color either.
ETA: Apparently, Sofia Vergara is a natural blonde but dyes her hair dark. So could this one.

While we are analyzing people we don't know, I will throw out there that FAS kids have broad noses.

Here's another one:
At what age should you let someone pierce their ears? Mom was 16 when she had hers done, but I started begging when I saw someone in my kindergarten class with pierced ears and wore her down by the time I turned 8. ;D
So 8 seems like a good age to me, I guess.

I had mine pierced when I was seven, didn't take care of them and they closed up. I didn't get them repierced till I was in middle school.
I figure I'll wait till Gwen asks about it and then decide from there.

I told my daughter we would do it next year on her 11th birthday. That will be right before she starts at her new school.

My mom made me wait until I was 12. Not sure why - that was her arbitrary age.
DH's cousins all pierce their baby girls' ears at birth.

I never understood why you needed a potato. Was it to stop the needle, or hold the needle, or hold your ear?

I begged to have my ears pierced for my birthday when I turned 6 yrs old so my parents decided to take me. They pierced one ear and then I wouldn't let them do the other. I cried and said it hurt too bad and to just forget it. My parents finally talked me into letting them pierce the 2nd ear.

IDK about piercing ears. DD is decidedly against the idea so far. ;D
I have 4 holes and never wear earrings. They have not grown up but one hole is a bit crooked and it is a major PITA to get an earring in. Maybe that's why I don't bother.....

I had my first two done professionally and then I just used a piercing earring and some muscle to pierce the rest of them. The cartilage one hurt like a MOFO!
