Are you giving us a play by play account of what happened in September? Because as SL (I think) pointed out, it is now October. September 30th has passed and you're writing as if what you're writing is current. I'm confused about what the point is. Did you already lose the bet or what?

Yes, he lost the bet - and still apparently thinks it's September - even though it's been pointed out to him twice that this is OCTOBER. If this is what he planned out for this week, he's not even on the right month, let alone the right week. We're already 1/2 way through the 1st week of Oct and he's posting his plans for the 2nd week of September - and now he's looking online for laxatives instead of consuting his Dr, eating and exercising properly.

None of this makes a lick of sense and it's all being done for the wrong reasons. Zaire, why don't you just stick your finger down your throat and be done with it? Taking heavy-duty laxatives bought on the internet to win a bet is no way to lose weight.

September 30th has passed and you're writing as if what you're writing is current. yes she did - which is why I went back and posted duration - this bet started in July while I was "away" or "on break" from the boards on July 14 and went through September 30

Zaire, I don't "dislike" you at all. I just am trying to point out that you said several times, the bet was til the end of August - then you got extended to the end of September as an all-or-nothing wager. September ended nearly a week ago - this is now OCTOBER. You keep posting updates with September dates from weeks ago. My boyfriend?? Do you know something about me that I don't know?

FYI Z - if no one has told you yet, weight loss is more like a marathon than a sprint. If you are not making sustainable changes in your diet and or activity any weight loss will just be short term. I would pay dearly for some magic pill or concoction that wold melt the pounds, but it just does not exist.

Duration September 9 to September 15exercising once per day in the morning on a new schedule weight is not coming off like it used to up to this point. now I am down, but down to 250. and bouncing between 250 and 253. just the 3 pounds. Duration September 16 to September 22GF getting up at 5:45AM and me getting up at 6AM is not working for me.

But I missed about 3 days of exercise in the morning this week. Just was not motivated to get up that early again. Then when I got home from work 2 of those 3 days I still did not exercise. It's a slow week for me. I start to think of the $700 as money spent to get this far. Like if I had went to join a gym and had a trainer, that is money spent that I would not get back. So I'm like maybe I should just maintain 250 from here? Weight is not coming off like it was these prior weeks. This week diner is now salad for 4 days of 7. So I'm eating less in my opinion. how can I not lose this weight when I'm not eating that much? I dunno? Duration September 23 to September 29not really eating anything and now down to drinking a protein shake twice per day. I would have a ensure either in the morning and lunch or lunch and dinner. dinner is now a salad with lunch meat turkey. then at night I would have lunch meat turkey on Ritz, not a pack or half a pack but maybe like 7 to 10 Ritz for a snack. I get back down to weigh in at 248 a few times. But just can't go past 248. I still do not exercise twice per day; though I think about exercising a lot more than I actually do. Acquaintance has become quiet. By Thursday September 27 I send Acquaintance a text "enjoy the $700, I'm not going to make weight in 3 days to 243 pounds. Thanks for helping". Not really feeling like myself and taking a lot of things personally. Don't understand what is the big deal to lose 5 pounds? I'm not eating the foods I normally eat so what's the problem? not sleeping well enough and 10 times more tired than usual. nodding off at work minutes at a time, which add up to hours out of the day and week, which I do go into work on Saturday. I did another test to see if someone would ask "hey did you lose weight" a few times at work. NOPE - nothing.

I have noticed my face did slim up! I noticed my stomach did come down in size, not major reduction, but somewhat noticeable to me. My feet? or ankles no longer swell up. I looked at how much money I've spent to figure this out about myself. spent about $1130. That includes the bet money of course + the other stuff I purchased to support losing 20 pounds. The Insanity DVDs, the supplement pills from Insanity, the extra underwear so I could change out of from sweating, the stupid stop watch I never used, the colon cleaner, and all the ensure, didn't include the V8 Splash.
Found out GF was drinking that as well so it's now become part of my grocery shopping. During this bet I got unorganized. I didn't put in any playstation time. Actually my last game save was July 14th! My desk and the man cave is a bit messy, with mail piled high; along with papers to shred. This is because I had to keep busy and I was looking for things to do or places to go. Not having friends to see made this quite the task. Funny - I am cleaner than ever from all the showers I now take. My skin is not so dry. My stomach is still in the way when doing the Insanity DVD, but not as much. Finally using the home exercise equipment and GF included. My clothes still "basically" fit the same. I was always able to tug at my paints without unfastening my belt. But now my belts does not get tight enough. so now it's really just a light tug at my pants to take them off. I still have days where I feel fat. I don't feel that I've gained any more strength than before. So what it takes a bit longer for me to actually get out of breath from running, walking, or exercising. My weigh in was actually 248 today! I also want to continue to get to the weight of 243!

oh well guess acquaintance and I are back to the way we were cause I have not heard from her in about two weeks now. No not mad or upset or angry. I have learned that maybe I should stay away from the casinos? LOL cause this was a bet I should have won. (Laughing)
So it's over, well not over entirely! But it's over, the dead line part is over! YAY! I'm eating now screw that! I was down to having a Ensure twice a day salad at night! that's not eating. Drinking milk and lots of milk and drinking lots of water. Yea week prior Ensure once, Milk in the afternoon, light dinner at night. After 7PM to 12 midnight snack of cereal, or Ritz with turkey, or fruit.
WHAT the fuck is this! by Saturday October 6, I broke past 248! I was now 246! I yelled on the scale OH MY GOODNESS! scared the crap out of our boy and woke up GF! she screams what! I'm yelling like I just won Publishers Clearing House. LOL So yea this was an exciting moment.
246 pounds - with three more pounds to go? still upset that it took me from July to October to figure out on my own what x-best friend told me in two minutes. I have to eat to loose weight? HUH? hell what ever works. I just want to get to the 243 and maintain from there. so of course I gave myself til October 31 to reach my goal. I was thinking to ask Acquaintance for another chance, especially since all of September was a waste! but decide no, this is my fault and I must pay the consequences - FINE DUDE ! LOL
