Have you ever had one of those days that you keep thinking "WHAT WAS I THINKING, or NOT"?
I just thought it would be a good outlet. But then, maybe not?

Yes. I am on a sleep med that can cause unusual/odd behavior like staring or hand movements. I am also reducing my comments on things that don't need one. I usually journal my "boo-boos" to reduce them and the social anxiety. This has helped.
