Wow! Music has been such a big part of my life. I couldn't imagine life without it. I'm glad now they'll get the opportunity to listen to what most of us take for granted.  |

start with the classics and then move forward
listen to "how" music has changed over the last 500 or so years going decade by decade
I would be in the 1960's for a while though....that decade may take me a few years by itself (love the sixties music)

I don't think it matters what they listen to first. If they are new to hearing its going to take awhile to understand and categorize what they are hearing. If I were to recommend music I'd start with more simple classics, perhaps the Beatles, before getting into more complex music. It is probably going to take some time to even link up simple sounds like door closes, toliet flushes to actions etc. as none of this was known before.

I hear about Music from the 60's G.. ;D This is a great story Chiver, k4U! I like how it also shows that when science is applied right it, miracles happen.. For me it would be.. From start to finish. The guy had to turn around to see if the people liked this after the first performance in Vienna.  |
