Wow I wish one ofus got some of those benefits! The only no ususal one either of us get is for DH. He is an adjunct to a local college. They offered, not sure if it still is, a free lunch for adjuncts on days they are teaching. It was supposed to be something like a sandwich, chips and a drink. I don't know because DH never got there early enough to do it. I actually think this came about because the amount they are paid is so low that it may be less than what the lowest paid employees, custodians and such, get per hour. So by saying we give them a $10 lunch everyday it would make it above it.

The week between Christmas and New Year's everyone gets off and you don't have to use your vacation time for it.

Don't know if they're ususual perks or not, but we are very flexible with our employees about family and personal issues. No problem to adjust schedule around time needed off, compressed work week, work odd hours, etc. As long as the work is getting done, no problem.
We also usually shut down the whole place between Christmas and New Year's like Waffle describes, so it's a paid week off.

Since I'm self employed, you can look at it as either I get lots of perks since I run some expenses through the business, or I don't get any.
My employees get a golf membership to a local place if they want one. Liberal time off policy and excellent pay for the area comparable to other firms. We used to have BJ's and Sam's memberships, but I think we stopped that.

I work for a small company, so we have very little in terms of really cool perks.
Getting paid every month is about the biggest perk we have.

We get discounted cell phone service (it's 18-20% depending on the carrier), discounted gym membership, tuition reimbursement, free classes at the local community college, discounted microsoft office ($10) and we have an employee golf league (it does cost money, but the cost is less than normal greens fees and we get to leave early to go play).

Perks- I like most of my employees and the boss takes me out to lunch from time to time. They let me leave every day at 2:30 to pick my kid up from school and bring him back here until I am done for the day. Frequently he gets put to work too. If it snows enough to close the schools the boss will let me close up early (one person office most of the time) and go home too. As long as I don't abuse it I can pretty much take as many vacation days as I want- however, more than one or two in a row and I have to forward the phones to my cell and bring my laptop with me.

Gym pass to a nice gym that costs enough that I wouldn't pay for it myself, lunches at least 3 days a week, soda/coffee/snacks on site, professional certification fees (study materials, test fees, license fees) if it's in line with your career path, conferences and webinars that are related to your career or the industry, I am signed up with more than one firm to do online CPE which I do at work if my schedule allows it and they pay for a CPE program along with my AICPA membership, long term disability that will replace 100% of your income for life, medical/dental, 401K match and other things I'm probably forgetting about at the moment. I think the company I work for takes real good care of it's employees.

I work for a fairly large company so we get some pretty good perks ranging from discounts on certain websites (7% at wine.com) and insurance discounts to auto purchase programs. I use the 17% off my VZW bill and I've researched the discount for GM purchases. I need to look at the site to see if they've added anything else I might be interested in.

We get coffee/tea/water for free. We have a whole internal site with all kinds of discounted fees, from vehicle dealership discounts on purchases or services, reduced fee or free banking, recreational things like theme and water parks, free pickup and delivery of dry cleaning, discounts for local restaurants, reduced fees when you buy or sell a home, reduced tuition at two local colleges, SAM's Club and BJ memberships, MicroSoft Office for $10 (personal use), discounts for technology related products for personal use and many others.
They also pay the professional certification fees (study materials, test fees, license fees) if it's in line with your career path, conferences and webinars that are related to your career or the industry, professional organization dues and publications related to your career path.
I think we have a great company with good perks for the employees. Better than most I've seen in this area.
They also hire older and disabled workers quite a bit (hey, they hired me when I was 59!). They also work with employees who become disabled during their employment to enable them to keep working rather than kicking them to the curb. I know that since I've developed Macular Degeneration, they've given me software to enable me to use the phone, a larger monitor for my computer, and are willing to do anything else they can to help me continue working.

I work at a public university, so I can get a lot of the things others have mentioned, including free tuition (though I've been told we have to pay income tax on it), discounts, etc. But my favorite perk is library privileges. Between the huge collection here, and interlibrary loan, I can get nearly anything. And I can check a book out for four months!

I also work at a university and get free tuition, discounts, etc. but our office is big on professional development so I get perks related to that. certifications - office pays for all related fees (study materials, testing and license fees) and I get a $1,500 bonus when I receive the certification and bonuses for re-certification conferences - I attend 2 or 3 a year all paid for by the office (I usually plan family vacations around the conferences) industry societies - office pays annual dues and also pays for me to attend networking events/receptions I also have work-issued cell phone and laptop, but consider those more of a "leash" than perk

Between the huge collection here, and interlibrary loan, I can get nearly anything. And I can check a book out for four months! I also work in higher education, but there's no free tuition offered and anyone in the general public can join the university library. My DH has a library membership. I also don't get reimbursement for extra certifications I'm earning. But, I don't ask for it either. I haven't gotten a raise in 6 years (won't likely get one in the next two, either), and our budget got cut in the two year budget, plus this past year, we got another budget cut in terms of a budget lapse. Travel budgets anything have been cut to nothing. We can use the exercise facilities for free or a reduced cost and we can get microsoft products pretty inexpensively. I do, however, have excellent work/life balances. I've negotiated working at home as needed. I am free to come and go, basically as I please within reason. Which means I can see all my kids' school stuff. I also don't have to take pto to do these things-only if I can't make up my work time at night.

Hmph, Verizon is ripping me off, I get a whopping 8% off my bill. I work for a non-profit so perks are few and far between, free coffee, usually a free lunch or breakfast about once a week and a very liberal time off policy.
