3 miles today, hopefully 3 again tomorrow, 5 friday, saturday rest and then 5K on Sunday...it's supposed to be flat this time...so maybe i can PR at 25!!!!!!!
need to start getting longer runs in more often to prep for the 10K's. But I still don't want to do hills, even though I have the perfect course right where I live.

Hills suck! I used to run a trail with them.

Finally got back at it this week after getting my new shoes and kicking the plantar fasciitis. 2 miles on the treadmill on Monday, 4 outside at lunch today (may have been a little too much pavement for the newly healed foot). I will probably lift tonight as well.

Did a quick 2.5 mile walky jog yesterday and ran through town instead of my usual river trail. My town is a series of hills. ;D
tonight Im doing pilates and maybe a quick jog.

Yesterday: 50 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes with the dog. In the evening, I took a 60 minute walk with the family and dog. The weather was too perfect to pass it up.

Afit for circuit A of the Women's Health wedding workout. My step GS is getting married. 90 minutes of tennis doubles outside, and 30 minutes leisurely shopping.

Friday and Sunday I did 2.5 miles each day. Today I felt good so I moved onto the next training week and did 2.76 miles.

35 min on the treadmill today. When i walk, i incorporate arm exercises. I do arm exercises and kind of dance to the beat with my Dr. Dre beats and Ipod jamming out to Lady Gaga of course! I am now using light weights to walk and then i do fist pumps and arm lifts and stuff with the weights.

8 mile run tonight - great weather for it too! And for the first time, I actually felt like I might be able to tackle the marathon I want to in January!

Forgot to post yesterday. We went to the High School track where we usually walk but it was closed as they are working on the football field. So, we just did 45 min of walking.

3 mile run tonight. Not my best effort - it was insanely humid, but I finished and in not a terrible time so that is what matters.
