Why doesn't this make sense to me... Head & Shoulders 13.5-14.2 oz B1G1 FREE $4.99 B1G1 FREE Head & Shoulders up to $9.49 7/1 P&G (x 7/31) = $2.50 Shouldn't they both be free if its a BOGO sale plus a BOGO q??? ETA: I figured it out, she messed up when she put this on her blog, the Head & Shoulders is on sale for $4.99 and you can use a bogo MQ to make em $2.50/ea. Actually, she is right more than likely. WAGs now rings a BOGO sale as each product at half price 99% of the time. Sometimes they will ring at 4.98 and the other product at .01, but most of the time they ring at half price so that you cannot get both products free at their BOGO sales using a BOGO coupon.

Now I see! Well, maybe now someone knows sneaky WAGs BOGO pricing now, lol.

My second trip to CVS today: Transaction #1 $5.49 (1) CVS Premium Bath Tissue (322.6 sq. ft) so it does NOT align with the Toilet Paper Principle $3.95 (5) VO5 @ $.79 ea. 9.44 .78 Sales Tax 10.22 Subtotal -10.00 (5) $2/1 Shampoo CRTs .22 OOP Hey, I guess that toilet paper passes after all!! ;D Transaction #2 Rinse and repeat of #1 10 bottles of hand soap and 24 rolls of TP for $.44 Note: The cashier started scanning product before I scanned my card which allowed the CRTs to cut into sales tax. I am sooooo STOOOOPID. I should have been saving all my $2/1 CRTs and done a shitpile of transactions just like this to stockpile TP for free. I was "saving them" on a couple of cards just in case I wanted to do the Head & Shoulders deal today; but I decided that it was not worth buying the paper to get the $10 gas card. I'll be buying some H&S after I get my inserts (if I get any) after tomorrow night.

how in God's green earth did you get that many shampoo crts?? The red machine was giving the $2/1 CRT every day. That means (7) CRTs per card for the week. I live VERY close to CVS, so it does not take much time, effort, or gas to run there and scan my cards. I keep a few cards activated just for weeks like this where there are great CRTs that give you something for free. I really don't want any EBs on them, just the freebies. Unfortunately, it's been quite a long time since anything like this appealed to me so I wasn't really thinking clearly how I could use them to my best advantage.

I had some fun today: WAGS restocked the Suave $1 shampoos and the Reach floss that is $2.99-$1 (heck of a beeper MC)=$2 Reach RR. They also had plenty of Bayer and some more Gillette Razors, so I would buy 7 Bayer, 2 Suave, and 1 Reach floss use 5 $3 coupons a $10 Gillette RR and $1 Reach MC with some other expiring tomorrow Colgate $2.50 RR, and get back a $10, $2, and $2. Then turn around and buy Gillette razor and cartridge, with more Suave, more Reach, and some clearance fillers to use the Bayer $10 RR and some more expiring Colgate RRs. Back and forth, it was slick.
CVS, pretty much like I posted, but one of my $2 Shampoo CRTs was expired on one card? So, I lost a little profit on that one and I had to use my PF $15 CRT today as it expired today, so now I have to do the gas card deal, as I only need $12 toward it and they had plenty of Post pebbles, so I am thinking of getting that, some free mitchum (after coupon and CRT), some free Bayer (after coupon), using the IP and insert coupons on the Post and a $5/$20 to hit that last $12 with something I actually want and can eat (well, the kids will, I will behave and have one bowl).
RA. I set aside two of the clearanced naturerelief (green box not the green and pink). Tomorrow, it will give me a $6 UP, even though it will ring up $3.99 - $1 MC. I also finished off the last of my Kotex liner coupons with VV coupons for some small overage toward the gillette razors and refills my store got in today with my truck. At that point, it was over 100 degrees and time to go home.....

misspt: Where did you hear about the NatureRelief? Is the "glitch" on the one that is pictured "in front" on the coupon from the 3/11 inserts? As you know, my RA is across town and once again, I seem to have stocking issues. I absolutely cannot seem to get any more of the Act II popcorn. How does your store handle a rain check on an item that is giving UPs after the UP deal has expired? Also, I don't know how far in advance you plan your trips to RA, but I'm holding (2) $10 UPs and (2) $2 UPs. RA also sent me a "where have you been email" where if I "responded" I got $3 loaded to my wellness card. I have looked at all the ad previews for 7/1, 7/8, and now 7/15 (no ad scan for this one yet on iheartcvs) and I am not seeing any decent MMs besides the NatureRelief that you just posted about. I'm thinking of going tomorrow morning and trying to get the NatureRelief. If you don't "see" anything else and I can't get the NatureRelief due to stocking problems, I'm thinking about burning my UPs; but I thought I'd check with you first to make sure that I'm not missing something. Also, would it be possible for you to post whether or not the glitch on the NatureRelief is still working after you are done at RA tomorrow? If it isn't, then I won't rush to be there by 8:00 am. As my DH would say, I'm not asking for much. TIA

I have noticed that many of my gas stations are up to their old summer tricks. Gas goes UP in price Fri –Sun no matter what is going on in the crude oil market. I’m pretty much back to filling M-Th these days except today. Gas is 0.13/gal cheaper by DD1. I will fill. I have been driving w/o using a/c in the car to save gas for the last 2 days. Oh, wow, really? I never noticed that, Marvholly. Thanks for that info! I am going to check that out this week to see if that's the same here. Thank you for sharing that!

Also, do you guys think $2.72 for 20oz of 93% lean ground turkey is a pretty good price?? Yes, for me, that would be a VERY good price for that item. I don't have that item written in my Price Book, but I do recall a sale this year, when I bought it for around that price w/sale, coupon & doubler. And I stocked up, cooked it and froze it. I guess today I was the winshield not the bug. LOL...those days are nice, aren't they? Congrats on having a winning day at the store LOL!

How does your store handle a rain check on an item that is giving UPs after the UP deal has expired? I don't know what MissPT's stores do, but I can tell you, for mine, it's kind of awkward to try to get a RC for the monthly UPs. You can just ask, but it's really going to be YMMV. I usually just forget about it, if an item doesn't come in by the end of the month. (Or hang onto the RC, in case there's another sale that it will work for.)

My RA didn't get any more popcorn in either, but my store had one lonely box that they let me buy "twice" with the raincheck price to get my UPs. Otherwise, I would have been out of luck if they didn't believe in a paid for raincheck. I will let you know about the NatureRelief when I get back in the am. I have the ad for the week of 7/15, I will look ahead and let you know what I think.
CVS: the small Nivea tins and white plastic tin sized items are .99 and giving a $2 EB, this will be killed quickly as many people at my store knew about it, so don't drag your feet if you want in. Limit 4. I used them to finish last week's gas card deal with the Post cereal as noted before and I did this week's gas card deal with the expiring P&G $1/1 Tide coupons and a $3/2 Pantene and a $5/$20:
4 Tide 5.97e 2 Pantene Hairspray 6.50 1 clearance CG trio 2.89 -$5/$20 -$1/1 Tide from 6/13 P&G x 4 (limit 4 like coupons or I would have done 5, but cashier nazi was there) -$3/2 Pantene from 6/13? P&G -$1/1 CG from P&G(s) I added this b/c I wanted to use a $20 EB from the Organix -$20 EB $2.25 TAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OOP $10 GC so $2.50/Tide plus tax only Pantene Hairspray x 2, and I will probably sell all of it at yardsale, b/c we are having a big one in two weeks.

RA talk for 7/1: Crest Mouthwash.. nice deal. Liter bottle part of sale $4.99 get $3 Up. Use the $1 mfg if you have one, check your stash. They were inside Duracell, other TP boxes, Venus+Olay razor use the $4/1 from the 6/10??RP or 6/17 and get a $4 UP, so $1.99 after MC and UP and the Clearanced Culturelle I also bought some RAQ off ebay, but I won't bother y'all with those scenarios. H&S is also 2/$10, I look forward to hearing how the BOGO coupon rings up at RA.
7/8 Coppertone will be 7.99- 9.99 with $10 UP WYB 2. Use the $5/2 and the $1/1 July VV x 2 for potentially free sunscreen after UP There are several things in this ad, let me skip ahead to the one you can't see online yet.
7/15 get $10 WYB $30: 2/$7 Crest TP 4.1, 8.5-6oz, 8oz 3D White Rinse Oral B Cross Action 1 ct Floss or Floss Picks BO50% Secret, old Spice or Gillette Deo, Body Spray, or Body Wash (ETS and excludes gift sets) 6.99 Charmin Ultra Bathroom Tissue 12 pk Bounty Paper Towels 8 pk 11.94 Tide Liquid 100 oz 48-64 loads Powder 53-68 loads 26.00 Pampers Super Pack box 6.99 Pampers Wipes 192-216ct
3/$10.98 Pepsi Products get a $3 UP I am getting sick on my stomach from a starbuck frapp from Target tonight, so I will come back to this tomorrow, but this is just the first page, and I also see the potential for some clearanced fragrances to give $5 UPs this week, so I will add more tomorrow.

Thanks for the info about the Nivea tins. I had just gotten back from CVS when I saw your post, so I guess I missed it.

CVS yesterday:
Passport photo $9.99 CVS Eco friendly papter towel 8-pk $3.99 (only 50c ea.) Bayer Advanced $3.00 o.b. 40 ct. $3.99 tax $1.22 =$21.84 -$5/$20 CVS PDF -$2 CVS passport photo IP -$3 Bayer Advanced -$0.75c o.b =$11.44 OOP (the passport photo alone would have been $10 and I had no ECBs so I'm happy with that. I bought some of the paper towels the other day with no coupon so it's like it was free today. I was happy w/the 50c/roll price when I bought it the first time so this was even better. I'm going to return the one I bought the other day with cash.
#2 4 Scunci hair clips/rubber bands @$4.49-$5.59 ea. =~$20 -$3/$10 Cosmetics CRT (they told me basically that anything in the Cosmetics department counted) -~$10 Scunci BOGO -4 x $2 off any S/C/Styling Aid CRT =.18c OOP
Today:
4 x Head and Shoulders @4.50 ea. for DH 2 x VO5 @ $1.19 ea. (will use conditioner as shaving gel) 1 CVS eco-friendly TP $3.89 (filler) 1 CVS baby aspirin $5.99 for DH (2nd filler) tax $2.21 -$5/$20 CVS PDF expired yesterday -2 x $3/$10 Cosmetics -5 x $2 Shampoo/Cond/Styling Aid -BOGO SH MC -$9.49 (full price of larger size, instead of taking off $4.50) =$1.98 OOP (less than the tax)
I told the checker that they took off too much on the BOGO coupon but he said it would be too difficult to fix so I should grab something for $4.50. I also realize that the ECBs are eating the tax now since I paid less than tax on two of these three purchases.
Tomorrow's plan: $4.99 ZZquil $5.99 Cortaid $6-10 Anchor glassware with covers (we're trying to get away from plastic, for several reasons) $x filler if needed =$20 -$5/$20 CVS PDF expired (hopefully they'll still take it) -$2 ZZQuil CRT -$2 ZZQuil MC -$5.99 FREE Cortaid CRT -$1 ECB for using green bag tag -?? 25% off purchase CRT (hopefully I can use it with the x/xx cpn. =less than $4 OOP for a discount on glassware that I've been wanting anyway
These are the biggest deals I've done since Black Friday and I'm pretty happy with the OOP, considering I had no ECBs. Thanks everybody for sharing about the CRTs and how they used them for the great ideas. Couldn't have done it without ya!

I was able to do two more awesome CVS trips today, but, I'm finally DONE for the week. Whew...that was a busy hounding week! We are away at the camper for the weekend and my yard sale is tomorrow. I was able to print the 5/20's finally...sure wish I had them earlier in the week! I'll have to post my trips later if I have enough WI fi, it's hit or miss here. Dancin' is right about the % off CVS q. There are several other "categories" of Q's that reduce it's value. I am trying to learn what they are. People on WUC seem to be pretty knowledgable about them. Interesting, if you use a bag tag EB or beauty club EB to pay, it will also reduce your discount. Using the $5/$20(thanks Connie), I did this Nexxus deal at CVS on Friday: (1) Nexxus Humectant Cond. $9.99 (1) Nexxus Humectant Cond. $9.99 -$5/$20 -$3 Nexxus CRT -$3 Nexxus CRT -$2 Shampoo CRT -$2 Shampoo CRT -30% = $4.50 (calculated after $5/$20 was deducted) Subtotal = $0.48 tax = $0.84 OOP =$1.32 I was thrilled to get good quality conditioner for that price.
