Electricity runs between $100-$170 depending in the month water/sewer/garbage - have own well, septic and doesn't cost to at landfill heat about 1200-1500 year depending upon the price of fuel oil this year I have already spent about $1000

Electric/water/sewage/trash(same bill) has been as low as $100 but last year when we had an ice storm it was $350-ish if I remember correctly. This month it was $150. heat is natural gas- when we aren't heating the house it costs $15/mo just to keep it "on" and during the winter...it's been as high as $250, again that was during a very cold icy few weeks.
Mostly I can keep it all under $400 a month. Which is good for this area. It would be a lot less if the windows were not so old.

electricity $5/month for fixed grid expenses (we have solar to cover the rest--we actually produce a surplus of electricity) gas $8/month summer $30/month winter (2 gas heaters) water/sewer $80/month (this is the killer--would love to figure out how to get this down) trash Free!!! (included in property taxes)

I just ordered fuel oil this morning. It's been 5 weeks since I ordered 150 gallons. It was 289.9 a gallon then. Today is was 3.05. Yeah, $457 for 150 gallons that will probably last another 5 weeks...gotta love winter in the northeast. I wanna
