The thread on YM about baking from scratch made me remember that I wanted to ask if anyone has a recipe for Kolache filling?
I want to make them for my dad for Christmas. The traditional filling and one he likes best is prune, but apricot is also acceptable.
I have a recipe for the dough but the recipe did not provide me with the information I need to make the filling.
It's a fruit filling so if you have one for pies or other baked goods it would probably work as well.
